Some friends and I were recommended Craft on 9 by our Airbnb host in the area (At The Fountain - incredible). Our server Millie was excellent - extremely informed of the menu items and very personable. The drinks were unique and tasty (we had to get 2 rounds). The appetizers and meals were delicious, and were perfectly satisfying after a day on the slopes. If you happen to stumble across this gem, you must enter and indulge.

I ordered the char grilled flank steak and it was severely overcooked. It took way too long to come out of the kitchen and I didn't have time to wait for a new meal, so I suffered through it. My wife ordered the gemelli pasta and although it was cooked well, the pasta came out cold. Their standards of quality have certainly declined since we last dined here.

I think that they are doing the best they can with the staffing shortages and supply chain issues. The interior is beautiful. The Beer selection was okay but the beer poured flat. Maybe it was an off day.
I kinda wish they would lean into making more pub style food. I'm all for limited menus making selection easier but nothing seemed that exciting. Food seems a far cry from what it used to be at the old location. $26 for ramen seems a bit steep to me.

I love chef-driven, elevated comfort food. Craft On 9 does comfort food just about as well as anyone.
Our "frites" arrived piping hot and topped with a generous fresh grating of parm and scattering of green onion. They were addicting. Crispy and tender, and full of potato flavor. We devoured them, they disappeared quickly.
My wife's salmon was cooked perfectly, with a crispy exterior and tender medium-rare interior, sitting on a tasty bed of whipped sweet potato.
I ordered the ramen.
Damn, it was so good.
It came with two proteins--pork shoulder and pork belly. Both had crispy

First time here. I like the feel of the place inside. High ceilings, some interesting detail, brick, wood, metal. Definitely cool and hip for the area. We had good cocktails. Service was great. Funny and attentive wait staff. I had a stuffed pork chop that was legendary. This piece of meat could have fed three adults but it was so delicious I crushed it. Looking forward to coming back.

Yet another fabulous meal @ Craft on 9. Outside seating options on a beautiful Friday night served as a perfect backdrop for hanger steak & salmon dinners for my dinner group. This restaurant prepares consistent delicious food with a revolving menu that is always appealing. Special thanks to Richard for taking such good care of us!

Ok I like the decor of this place but all these great reviews of the food, really? I ordered wings and a burger which mind you costs $18. The roll was hard and old and the rest of my meal was pretty weak. Wings are over breaded and mushy and my side salad was flavorless. The real kick in the teeth came with my cocktails which must of had a half shot of vodka in them. Waste of a nice building

If I could give.a zero I would...who turns away a table at 8:42 on a Saturday?....because ...wait for it....they have a party of 16 and it was too much for the kitchen. That is what the hostess said.if you can't handle 16 covers on what is supposed to be your busiest night of the week...why are you in business?

Craft on 9 was beyond disappointing. The restaurant is very nice inside but that's about where it ends. Service was not great. The restaurant wasn't busy but we waited quite a while before any one came to our table to get our drink orders. That being said, I'll forgive much of that if the food is good. And that's where the real disappointment came. I had the chicken sandwich with fries and the brussels sprouts. The bread on the sandwich was dry, old, and tasted like nothing. The fries were super hard, not burnt but like old and hard. It was actually impressive how hard the

Our family stopped for a "quick" lunch at Craft while vacationing in the area. The restaurant is decorated and designed BEAUTIFULLY. The food was fantastic. But....the service was sooo slow we could not rate higher than 4 stars (even tho the food and atmosphere was 5.) Our "quick" lunch was much too long. And, the restaurant was NOT busy. The beer flights were enjoyable and the music was great. Someone obviously put in A LOT of time and effort designing the space. Worth a try just to see it and the food was top notch. See pictures.

Finally, Finally, FINALLY got to experience the new location after trying four different times. Seems that you can't just show up on a whim and get a table like the previous location.
Three of my earlier attempts had 2 or 3 hour waits for a table. One time we showed up (four adults and one toddler) at 4pm to grab an early meal (due to toddler status) to be given a ton of attitude by the bartender that there's no food until 5pm. Well, online it says "opens at 3pm" without any indication that it's the bar only from 3-5 with no food available. Plus, the attitude that was

OK folks, back a second time for something to eat- this is a restaurant, correct? It's Friday at 4:10 and you STILL haven't figured out how to have some type of FOOD at the bar? Nope. "We don't serve food at our open restaurant until 5." Seriously? How about something you don't have to cook like cheese and crackers, peanuts, chips? I see 17 people in the kitchen doing.... something. Can't one of them carve a few pieces of cheddar and open a damn sleeve of Townhouse Crackers? I know that I'm not the only one who has come in and asked if this RESTAURANT SERVES

We came for dinner on a rainy Tuesday night. The group wanted to get out for done appetizers and drinks, and were we pleasantly surprised. First the decor, the place is beautifully rustic and clean. We were seated and immediately had 2 great servers attending to us.
The food exceeded every expectation we had. We specially loved having the option to order 1/2 portions, cool idea. I had the chicken breast, the others had the salmon and the steak. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the temperature, which is one of my pet pease, was on point.
Then came the desserts....wow. So fresh and tasty

I know I've repeatedly praised the food at Craft on 9 in each of my previous reviews, well I'm not about to change course now. What has changed is their address.
We had gotten accustomed to the broken floor tiles, and the rundown attached structure that appeared to have long since exhaustingly served its purpose, because the food and beverages were the sole focus at the occupied portion of the old location. For those who judged a book by its cover, they probably never set foot inside to experience the culinary delight.
But now, a totally gutted and remodeled building on South Street

We have been regulars at Craft for years now, but the new location is amazeballs. The food is just the same, and the atmosphere is perfect. I often get the salmon and it's legit perfect. We love everything about this place, and the new staff is so friendly and efficient. I couldn't recommend this place more, unless they started serving Sunday brunch ;)
