Matthew Close is a graduate from Florida State University with a degree in Professional Golf Management. Matthew has always had a niche for helping others as he understands the process it takes to become better and make lifestyle changes. He strives to inform people on how to live a healthy lifestyle, prevent injuries and improve movement patterns.

I have been working with Matthew a short time and I am excited for what is next! I have been athletic through my younger years and Matthew is providing me the opportunity to regain some skills that I have lost through a workout that challenges strength, agility and balance.
