By popular demand, he created Rodsquad in 2004, when many of his clients were having massive success with his body transformation challenges. Many of those clients experienced life-changing results and still participate in Rodsquad today.

A graduate of Fitness Institute International, he received his CPT-S (Certified Personal Trainer Specialist), and went on to get certified by NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and ACE (American Council on Exercise).He is also a Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant.

A Rodsquad transformation can be achieved with either in-person training and coaching, or virtually, with our online, at-home program. The Rodsquad is the most effective program out there. I went from a size 10 to a very fit size 0! I became confident, energetic, and best of all, happy! After having 3 kids, I was overweight and uncomfortable.

I have tried every single workout out there. I have cut out carbs. I have done all kinds of crazy eating rituals. I kept increasing weight, I bulked up and I was miserable because I couldn't eat. Rodsquad has changed all that. I eat carbs, I exercise less and now I have lost 14lbs in 10 months. I feel great, I am toned and I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in years. I look forward to my workouts. I love the weekly zoom meetings. I love the attention they give you when you are giving up or confused. I highly recommend. This is the way to go, only if you are serious about looking amazing. :)

I've been on the RodSquad for 4 months and its been a great journey. The workouts are apt for strengthening not just my body but my mind too. I feel encouraged to try new things, heavier weights, extra reps and challenge myself. I get 1:1 attention from Katie and Rod. When I was enrolling, I had asked Katie help for being held accountable for my workouts and both Rod and Katie have kept their promised and keep me on track. I have been going to Rodsquad for about 2 1/2 years now. The transformation of my body has been nothing but positive! The workouts are varied weekly and are always challenging. Rod gives special attention to your form and gives constructive feedback throughout your workouts. I also enjoy his 'challenges' which he does 2-3 times a year. It is excellent for keeping your health and body in check! His 'food talks' are also helpful and useful for healthy living.

Never being one to ever stick to an exercise plan, I found that going to Rod’s classes were something that I actually looked forward to and have been able to consistently attend for 6 months now. Rod’s classes are targeted for women and results. His motivation and strong support to incorporate health and fitness really help me make this a lifestyle.

This is an exercise studio with the best energy out there. Rod and the girls do not stop motivating me. Exercises are tailored to womens body. Every time I go there I feel stronger, more athletic, beautiful and happy!

By far one of the cleanest moments wonderful gyms I've eveer been to. A large variety of women from all walks of life attend. Everyone is very encouraging and has good energy during the workouts. If you don't know how to or can't do something, then Rod helps by giving you an alternative. I love the individualized attention and the Wednesday night food discussions. They really help you stay motivated during your fitness journey. Overall one of the best gyms in town. If you're a woman looking to get your shape back, here's your opportunity!

I have been going to Rodsquad for the past 6 years and I find it to be the best workout program I have found. The results show in everyone of the girls that goes. It's a fun and supportive environment, where it's easy to be consistent about working out, which is key. Every day is a different routine or set of muscles. Rod takes the thinking out of working out.
I have found Yelp reviews so helpful when choosing restaurants or places of interest that I decided to take the time to review places I Love. I hope this is helpful.

Rodsquad is Awesome!  Rod and his trainers are very friendly, welcoming, and caring. Rod has a great program set up from weight training, spinning, mobility, boot camp, and nutritional training. I love that his team will focus on form and push you to the next level. Very affordable!  Members are women of all ages, shapes and sizes. Yes it's hard work. You will sweat your butt off and feel exhausted, but you will feel great in the end! You will not regret coming to the workouts!

RodSquad is an AMAZING fitness program! Every time you go to class you have a different routine and 3 WONDERFUL trainers! Group exercise but you feel like you have a personal trainer and you get to feed off the energy of the group...best of both!! RodSquad helps not only with your fitness but your nutrition as well! I love Rod Squad. This is Boca's hidden gem!! I've been going to this gym for about a year and have never felt stronger or more motivated to work out. I've been doing the Rod Squad program for almost 3 years now and I absolutely LOVE it! I have lost 40 lbs to date and have been able to keep it off. I couldn't run around the block now I'm running 5K's! With Rod at the head and Marie right there with him, you get the best personal attention and support you need to transform your body. Thanks to Rodsquad I have gone from a size 14 to a size 6 in just a few months! Rod and Marie have taught me how to eat properly for maximum results and the nutrition plan is super easy to follow. They have created a whole new lifestyle for me. I thoroughly enjoy working out at Rodsquad and the body transformation that I have achieved is enough motivation to keep me coming back every week. I have trained at other gyms with other trainers in the past but this program is the only one that really works!
