Mountains to Sound completed our home inspection, and they did a great job. The inspector Kellen was there on time, ready to go. He explained what he saw in ways we could understand, and he was friendly and helpful. We received our report and summary that same day, which was very useful. The report really gave us a clear indication of what was needed in the home. Lori was also great in communicating everything from scheduling to billing and payment. We appreciate the professional and value Mountains to Sound offers.

The person who showed up was on time and the communication was good. However, I see that some places were missed and were not reported even after pointing out like crawl space. It is the most important portion to be covered in inspections.
Price of the service is ok but not worth what they have provided. I would not repeat the service here especially when I have multiple homes that I sell and purchase.

I'm a Real Estate agent, and I used M2S to do an inspection on my own purchase of a rental house. I found them to be thorough, and a great value. My favorite two aspects: quick availability and complete, detailed report with color pictures available on-line (and PDF download) within 1 hour of inspection. Their infrared scanning option was critical to a client of mine recently--found a hidden leak inside a wall coming from a condo unit above. Fantastic!

Great experience! Kelen was our inspector. He was thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and funny. He answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. The explanation at the end was super helpful and in depth and he noticed even the smallest of potential issues and provided photos and examples for all. This is the second time we have worked with Mountains to Sound Home Inspection when purchasing a new home. I absolutely recommend them. The inspectors are knowledgeable and happy to answer questions along the way - their office staff are friendly and easy to communicate with.
