Matt Kearney is awesome. Such a nice guy, and so competent and thorough in his work. We had roof leaks on new construction, so I've worked with multiple inspectors (incl. American Leak Detection, Servpro and other water damage & remediation firms) and, by comparison, Matt was the most thorough and detailed in his work. Highly recommended

Matt was phenomenal to work with during our inspection. He is incredibly thorough, professional, and efficient. When we asked questions about future issues that might arise with the house, Matt advised us as best he could and gave suggestions for who to turn to for further inquiries (engineer vs. contractor, etc) We would recommend Matt in a heartbeat and feel very lucky to have worked with him during our house-buying experience.

Matt was very professional and pleasure to meet. I needed a verbal inspection within the next day and he was able to accommodate. He was very thorough for a pre-inspection, and explained in great detail from what he was inspecting, providing suggestions and solutions to any issues & potential issues. He was also very honest & transparent about his observations & opinions. Regarding price, he seemed to be very comparable to other inspectors that I've received quotes. Home inspections are not just for buying or selling a home. Seattle Property Inspections performed a blower door test to get an idea about the amount of air leakage and heat loss in our home. It was an incredible opportunity to learn how to decrease our energy costs and increase efficiency in our home. Plus, our son loved watching it all. Matt is professional, helpful, fast and flexible. Matt does an incredible job! He is an absolute professional. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Matt was easy to book and was able to schedule the inspection quickly. He arrived well before the appointment and acquainted himself with the property and did a very thorough inspection top to bottom. He explained as we went along but then delivered an extensive report.
