Would give 10 stars if Yelp would allow. We contacted 4Seasons Home Inspections James (owner) via Yelp's online quote service, and he provided immediate reply. Trevor inspected our new home on incredibly short notice and provided, hands down, the most thorough inspection experience and report we have ever seen produced. There are home inspectors who would come visit your home, check hopefully every nook and cranny of your home, take a few pictures and then send you a report and then you have some folks as detailed and thorough as J from 4 Seasons who take home inspection to a whole another level. It's not easy to earn a 5 star review from me. The guys from 4 Seasons Inspections were awesome though. It is crazy to me how much knowledge they have about homes. It felt like they spotted every little thing. Not just the bad, but also the good! There were things I was worried about that they inspected and were quickly able to tell me that those things are not actually problematic at all; and they explained why. Opened the window to find the starting of some mold. Called up four seasons and got a hold of the owner who pro bono offered to do a picture inspection and explain to me what is actually going on. He gave me a rundown of what I was looking at and a way to solve it for free as well as send me some resources to help fix the problem. 10/10 would return if the issue persisted

You get more then what you pay for! Trevor was our inspector and I walked the whole house with him and it took 4hrs. He saw everything he could without opening the walls. As soon as he saw something he quickly turned to me and showed me exactly what was wrong and how it should look. In the report that he sent me that same night it was extremely detailed with pictures and rating scale of severity. We will be using him again with our future purchases.

After 12 home purchases and numerous inspections over the years, I did not think I could be so impressed with a home buying inspection. But today we had 4 Seasons out to do an inspection of a home purchase (new construction) and I am blown away by how meticulous and thorough they are. Had I know this was the bar for inspections I would have tried to find it sooner - I feel so informed going into closing now.

Internachi certified master inspector! Master inspector == the best inspector in the business. Alex is awesome! He is very professional in his work and takes the inspection very seriously. He performed a very detailed walkthrough of the new home we just bought, and taught us, the 1st tine home owner, a lot of useful information in keeping and maintaining the house properly. I cannot recommend enough of Alex, and 4sesons. There is a reason that they are rated best among Mill Creek inspectors. Highly recommend!

Not professional at all. we got a quote for this company $525 while his competitors gave us quotes for 300-350 to assess the same property. When I told him that his prices are a bit inflated considering the size of the property, he responded back by telling me that he's going to decrease the quality of his work if I pay him that price. When we told him we'll go elsewhere, he called us back to yell and curse at us. We expect a certain level of professionalism from someone we expect to hire. Cursing, yelling and calling us back to harass us is not called for.

This is a 10 star review! James is all you need for framing inspection or full house inspection. I was lucky enough to find him on yelp and have him complete the inspection before closing the the interior walls.I found James to be very knowledgeable on:
* house frame construction
* moisture development and readings
* exterior house covering
* heating infrastructure
* and all other little things which might have huge consequences
Most importantly, his reports are up to it the point, with detailed images, and exact recommendations.I already found my house inspector for life.( at least in WA)

House inspections can be stressful but working with a professional like Trevor made the process pretty chill. Trevor was early for the appointment and ready to go. He was thorough, didn't mind an endless stream of questions from my partner (and agent) and sent the report by the end of the day.
