About Bainbridge Island: Bainbridge Island was named after Commodore William Bainbridge, commander of the USS Constitution in the war of 1812. - Totally Recommend! He went above and beyond. It was a great experience.
- Ed from Seattle Home Inspector LLC did a home inspection for me when I was under contract. He was very accommodating to our tight time frame. Before the inspection, he asked me to send any questions or concerns that I had. It was great to be able to share my thoughts based on viewing the home and the sellers' disclosure form. He arrived to the home early. He allowed us to walk along with him during the inspection. He shared his thought process, things to look out for, and allowed us to ask questions.

We had a 5 day due diligence and Ed helped inspecting the apartment immediately. Ed is very professional and knowledgeable. In addition to the interior details, Ed inspected foundations and roof tops as the builder did a warranty repair. All his suggested repairs were done by the seller, a big cost saving for us as buyer. I highly recommend Ed as your first choice for the Home Inspections.

I am new to commercial property management and really needed a patient, knowledgeable building inspector to explain things in layman's terms. Ed was referred to me by a property manager at a local firm. You can't get any better than Ed with Seattle Building Inspector. He shows up early, and will explain things thoroughly. He worked great with my tenants and his expertise came surprisingly affordable! Ed is thorough and precise in his assessments and always quick to respond to inquiries. Ed came out to my strip mall building and did a cursory inspection that was very detailed and affordable. What

Ed worked on a home for me in Kent. He has a quick response time and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. He shows up early to get started on the exteriors providing extra time for his clients. He is detailed, professional, crazy knowledgeable and honest. There were things that the sellers forgot to move and it was covering the crawl space. Instead of moving it himself, he respectfully asked the sellers to move it for him. Ed will allow you to follow him on an inspection pointing things out that you need to be aware of. I learned a lot from Ed! Ed answered all my questions and was patient
