Digital radiography (digital x-ray) is the latest technology used to take dental x-rays. This technique uses an electronic sensor (instead of x-ray film) that captures and stores the digital image on a computer. This image can be instantly viewed and enlarged helping the dentist and dental hygienist detect problems easier.
A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. Examination of diagnostic x-rays (radiographs): Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.

Horrible experience. I went in due to being in pain. They WERE GREAT about getting me in promptly and took care of that. Then due to all the work that needed to be done said they would get me a price the next day as the work exceeded what my insurance paid. No call the next day. I called the day after and was told they would call me back later in the day. This went on for 8 days. Finally got a price and agreed. I left work early. I showed up on time for my appointment. They wanted half the money up front. I agreed. I handed them a check. They then proceeded to tell me they don't accept checks.

Very rude office manager Cassandra. My family and I left that place after going there for years, due to her being so rude. Don't waste your time. Run away from there. Wish I can give 0 stars. If you look at their reviews, most of the 4 and 5 star reviews are the same exact words, just different people names. Hopefully the public sees this before they take it down.

BEWARE - DO NOT PREPAY FOR SERVICES- OFFICE IS REFUSING TO REFUND ME FOR A CROWN DEPOSIT (WHICH WAS NEVER STARTED)
I have been a patient at Village Dental for the past two years. I have no issue with the medical staff. They do a good job. However the front office/managing staff are terrible. I pre-paid for a crown EIGHT MONTHS AGO, and the work was not done (the process never started). I have been calling multiple times to get my money refunded and the staff will not do it. I have spoken to Roshee who is in charge of this process and she reassures me it will be refunded, but it never happens.

The office staff at Village Dental is pleasant and accommodating. I have seen several dentist and feel that I am recieving adequate dental care. Deborah the dental hygienist is fabulous! She does a great job cleaning my teeth, she informs me of any troubled areas, and offers suggestions for better care.

Village Dental has the kindest and most AMAZING staff I have had the pleasure to meet. I came from another dentist office and you could see the difference from just the smiles on the faces of the women who work in the front. Their orthodontist has his ups and downs, but overall you come out with an amazing smile and they will work with you on financial payments. I personally suggest you to go and check them out!

My experience was positive at Village Dental the minute I walked through the door to the reception staff - awesome girls! :) To the treatment I received from Daniel who not only greeted me and made me feel comfortable, but he also explained what procedure I's be receiving. Now I have white teeth, my partial, repaired all in one day. My smile says it all :)
