Trainers (Alexis, Jamie & Souve) are very attentive. Everyone was so nice and welcoming to a new person. I didn't feel rushed during my workout or uncomfortable. The trainers helped me push and challenge myself as well as communicated to me how to perform certain exercise movements. Music choice was a great inspiration for workout and I love that they give you towels. I've never worked out so hard in my life ! It's honestly everything I would want in a gym. I've been searching for my home gym, and I think I found it! They even have bells and whistles (3D fit scanner).

The studio is small, clean, and the size keeps the class capacity low as well, which I like. They have a variety of classes and class times. I can go every day and do something different. The owner, J, is very nice and makes a point to speak with the members when they are in for class. I’ve tried other studios in the area and I like this one the best!

Great challenging classes, knowledgeable coaches. Jay has years of experience. He bring a lot of his knowledge and experience to provide active and productive practices. Each class is pre-planned and he dives into the work without wasting a second. At the end you'll feel accomplished. He modifies the moves to suit your needs and abilities. Souvy also is a great coach with a lot of attention to the details. He rolls with the class. Pays attention to the response of the class to each move and modifies the move if necessary to fit the class and prevent any injury. His boxing cardio class is awesome

This is a great place. Zone Fit Nola is very intimate and exclusive No more than 10 or 12 people in a group class at one time. This means you get a lot of personal attention. There is no getting lost in the gym. You won't feel left out. You won't be ignored. You won't feel intimidated or rushed or pushed out of the way. You will actually have someone helping you. Coaching you. Correcting you Motivating you. Challenging you. Supporting you and your personal fitness goals. If you are serious about getting fit and you need that personal attention this is the place for you.

Staff were very helpful and the workout was just the right intensity and targeted the whole body. I also liked that there was a variety of equipment to work out with and ways to track your progress within the studio. For example, there is a body scanner there that tells you your measurements of your hip, waist, biceps, thighs, etc., which I thought was super cool!! It was my first time here and doing a TRX workout, and J was extremely helpful and supportive when it came to correcting form or doing the right exercise.
