If you said "yes" to any of these ridiculous questions, you need to know about The Bigfoot Taproom on Central Ave. Not only will you enjoy their gargantuan taplist, you'll do it while lounging in their massive outdoor beer garden!
The Boardroom's menu features some of the best ingredients the world has to offer. Not only do we import a good deal of specialty foods from Europe, but we also incorporate an impressive collection of local chocolates, jams, ciders, wines, and baked goods paired with our own house brand "Ryan Creek Root Cellar" charcuterie.
Our fine meats and fermented foods are made in-house in the European tradition and paired with a collection of imported cheeses and local delights. We're looking for a few new team members to join us in multiple locations throughout Humboldt including McKinleyville, Eureka, and Ferndale.
Boardmaker, Part-Time 21+ (The Boardroom's Booth, McKinleyville): A unique position at The Boardroom, you're equal parts "Boardmaker" and "Front of House" as you'll juggle both responsibilities as the sole booth worker.Qualified candidates will have experience processing orders and serving food.

The Boardroom guarantees that we'll cook, and deliver your orders to a pre-established curbside location of your choosing during checkout. Orphaned orders not picked-up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time are often donated to local first responders, or others within close distance of the curbside location.

We’ve been getting the Friday/Saturday night takeout meals, and everything we’ve had has been absolutely delicious! The ones we’ve had have all had a German flair, and the food, while not really unusual, is different than anything you can get in a restaurant in Humboldt County. And the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

First time ordering from the Boardroom. the website was nice and clear, easy to use. I got the chicken dinner for two. The chicken was lovely, with smokey flavors. the rest wasn't special at all. i thought that they could have been more clear about portions, so I'll tell you here what constitutes dinner for two; half a chicken (half breast, one leg, one wing). medium to go deli container of whole cherry tomatoes and mozerella balls in oil also about a quarter of a baguette soaked in and dripping with oil.

I got the dinner to go Friday night. I was told there would be an email when it was ready. I didn't get one so a few minutes after 5 I went to the pick up location. it was sitting outside with my name on it, no… one around, it was cold & the meat was tough. I was really looking forward to trying this business & so very disappointed.

Bought the curbside pickup dinner tonight and it was the best take out so far! $25 for 16 oz. steak, chimichurri sauce, soup, and 2 dinner rolls. they had the bags on a table outside with my name ready to be grabbed quickly. it fed me and my husband and we had some leftovers, too. ordered at noon for the 5pm pick up time and looked forward to it all day! it did not disappoint!

Loose chill atmosphere, fabulous food and quick friendly service. Lots of parking and seating. Pretty wide variety of drinks available and though the floorplan is very open it still felt cozy and good for conversation. Huge selection of games and a shuffleboard table as well! Excellent hangout space!

I visit this unique restaurant once a month since I like the special air that is part of this restaurant. The staff is very cordial and professional. The service is deeply efficient. Not to mention, the food you eat is outstanding. I ate there more than once and I was always happy. The payment is reasobable. I highly suggest this place to to everybody.

Staff is friendly and took our group ordering at various times throughout our visit for more dishes like champs. They were also quick to share tips about places to see around here and upcoming events.

2 people with 2 drinks each and food. Be prepared to spend $50. It's reasonable and local. The atmosphere is chill and industrial feeling. Nice place to relax in an adult environment. They do allow kids, but there is no close outside area for them to play. This would be a nice place to bring out of town guests for drinks and a cheeseboard.

I went here for my first time last weekend with my boyfriend. Friendly staff and great selection of meat, cheese and drinks. They have beer, wine and cider! The Canadian bacon was my favorite thing we tried it was so flavorful and yummy. I love that they have games here too...it made for a fun date night.
