The worst management, they don't care for nothing but themselves. they have keep 19 families without power for 3 days and counting because they didn't want to repair a faulty main switch. They just lie to us and when we later learned from FPL that should be solving the problem Unite just stopped answering the phone and hiding. That is low and unprofessional.

Diana who says she runs wayside in cutler bay says that if your car gets towed too bad.
My son was at his friends house visiting. Parked in the visitors parking and was towed. The kid he was visiting was also towed from the front of his house. When I went to pick up the car to my surprise another visitor at the same complex visiting his brother was also towed. The driver of specialized towing stated that the security guard gets a kickback for every car she calls on.
When I explained this to Diana she said in a nutshell ( Too bad) you should have had a placard for guests. When I asked the debtors

Veronica and Raul are the worst property managers, very rude aggressive and unprofessional. I was an owner for the 13 years in a property they mange and i was harassed when I sold the property. They tried to cash my security deposit, when I call them they never answer the phone, however when the ATTORNEY CALLED THEY GOT IN IT ASAP. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!

My ac has been freezing up/not blowing properly for 3months now,WHILE PAYING MY RENT ON TIME/NEVER LATE,,,i call office at pompano palms and corporate united property management everyday,,,,,they promise me somebody will fix it,,,,,,i get home my house is at 83°,,,they send there staff to my apt to fix......MAINTENANCE lowers my thermostat to 60°and walks out,leaving me with a 200$ electric bill..... i have my 3 yr old son every other week,,,,he is stuck sweating with me outside my apartment 12am -3am bc united property management IS NOT MANAGING PROPERLY/ CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG,MAKING SURE EVERYBODY

Had my car towed from Waterways
On 9353 SW 221 St. from visitors parking lot. The friend I was visiting had his car towed from the front of his house!! Diana in management refuses to give decals so you don’t get towed! “Too bad” her managerial style. What a shame I called the cops to let them know of scam. Black lady in golf cart(their security)who should be there to protect you is calling the tow company! She gets $10 per vehicle
for tow. 8- 10 cars a night makes some good side money.(that’s double dipping) Only in Miami as they say...

Very difficult to reach someone at the office via telephone at any time. Slang language seems to be a standard form of communication for them. Be prepared to be called "Dog" and "Bro" on a regular basis, even if you're a woman. Since the staff is related to one another, complaints are blindly over looked and not taken lightly. On top of everything, they are short staffed; which probably explains the reason why they're always in such a bad mood.
