Affordable high-intensity personal training that helps you hit your specific fitness goals in a supportive and caring atmosphere! Anthony is the man, and gods gym is a great place to keep you disciplined and help you stay healthy. I came in with a torn shoulder and a bunch of terrible PT exercises that didn't help me strengthen in any way and now feel stronger than before my injury.

Anthony takes a personal approach and makes you feel comfortable while doing his best to push you to your limits. I am very thankful for my whole experience and am going to continue for the foreseeable future! My review is specifically for Anthony, my personal trainer of four sessions. He is kind, funny, motivational, positive, enthusiastic, responsive, and was never intimidating nor condescending.

The Navarro training method is a unique system. It is personal training where you get personalized coaching and nutrition for group training prices. Many people are skeptical but after training THEY LOVE IT. To try one session it is $52 to reserve the time but if they enjoy the initial training session that is deducted from the package price.

If you have any fitness goals and are looking for the best team of people, and you are NOT with Anthony, you are wasting ur time. Anthony and his team are the best, most realistic and factual team you can ever associate yourself with. One look at my body frame and Anthony told me what workouts would be most beneficial to my build and which ones would be simply wasting my time. 2 and half months in, my friends and family are taking major notice at da gainz!! I feel my best.

Anthony is a very professional, knowledgeable, and upbeat trainer. He is encouraging and positive. I believe Anthony has a degree in kinesiology. Working out with him is intense in that he fits an hours workout within 30-40 minutes given the cardio emphasis and circuit approach he employs. His rates are reasonable compared to many other trainers.

Anthony is the best! I've been training with him for a year and he brings the same positivity and encouragement to every single session. Anthony listens to your goals and customizes your workouts and nutrition plans to help you reach them. Training with Anthony never gets stale - he'll challenge you but always makes sure you're pushing yourself safely. The small group and 30 minute format makes it a fun, highly effective, and easily maintainable routine. Anthony is an AWESOME trainer!

My friend was looking for a personal trainer and decided to go with Anthony because he had a lot of good reviews. My friend really wanted a trainer that was nice; to say that Anthony is nice is an understatement. He eventually got me to join and I've almost been working out with Anthony for a year now!

I trained with Anthony at God's Gym (before quarantine). Here's what I like about my workout sessions with him:

Anthony is constantly mixing it up, challenging me. He expects me to do my best. I come in, give it my all, and he reciprocates. I have noticed a tremendous change in my body-composition and strength-level over the past year-and-a-half that I have been working out with Anthony.

Anthony is great. All the reviews on here are five stars, so it seems he helps a broad range of people.
I wanted to do a branded personal training regimen based on a book, and he was cool with that, although he is usually the one to devise the trainings.
So I did really well on my regimen for a long time, and I was always happy to go see Anthony, and that's my story.

I've been working out with Anthony for close to a year now, and have noticed significant changes in my abilities and my appearance. Not only is he an effective trainer, he also makes it fun. Going to the gym had become one of my favorite parts of the day. And it is one of the things I miss the most during this quarantine.

Anthony is super friendly, very accommodating and a great trainer. He pushes me harder than I would push myself while still respecting my limitations.

If you decide to train with Anthony I can promise you will leave the gym with a good pump and a smile every time!

I started going to Anthony after being referred by a friend who had been going for a few months and loved it. I kept going because I felt the same way. I trained with him for 6 months and would still be going if it were not for a change in jobs and commute that made timings difficult. It is still my hope that I can train again with him in the future.

Anthony is extremely positive and encouraging without being overwhelming. His routines targeted the entire body and I am very pleased with the results. He incorporated my request to target specific areas and checked in with me about the results

Anthony is undeniably a phenomenal trainer: He is attentive, adaptive, wicked smart, motivational, a joy to be around, and just an all around great guy. Personally, and perhaps above all else, I think what really sets him apart from the rest is his ability to understand deeply the barriers that stand in the way of people's personal fitness goals; it is because of this that I have made the most progress with him. I've worked with many trainers throughout my time but no one quite like Anthony.

I absolutely love training with Anthony! I finally found a trainer I want to continue working with. He's educational, professional, and he also makes working out fun. Anthony is the best! I've been training with him for more than two years and he has helped me transform from a total couch potato to someone who *has* to start their mornings with a workout ...but still occasionally watches TV shows recommended by Anthony and the gym crew ;)

Each session, he focuses on different muscle groups so no skipping leg day here. He is the best coach I have ever had!!!! It doesn't matter what level of fitness or goal you have I guarantee you he is worthy!!! He is very professional, flexible and motivates you to be the best you can be. I personally wanted to tone and gain muscle mass, I was able to see results very quickly because of his knowledge and he taught and explained to me the science behind it which helped me a lot and especially with my form because I had no idea. Before getting into the realm of personal training I was running around from gym to gym trying to figure out how I could get myself into a routine that would actually work for me. Anthony is great at figuring out your fitness level and setting up a sustainable plan that will get you wherever you want to go with your fitness. He's resourceful and flexible. He'll find your limits and challenge you while motivating you to perform your best. I've been training with Anthony since Sept. 2019 and I highly recommend him as a trainer.

I've been training with Anthony since July 2019 and I highly recommend him! He's knowledgeable about fitness and develops a good rapport with all of his clients. I had multiple training sessions with Anthony and he is really good at what he does. He is very encouraging and really friendly. His workout plans are intense and challenging which I enjoy.
