After many years at the big box gyms, finding Park East Fitness and trainer David McKeag was a great discovery. I've been going there for nearly 3 years. I've been training with Trey for the last 4 months. Since then I've lost weight, gained tons of muscle and all around look and feel better. The best part is that my high blood pressure is now completely under control and I've got the best readings of my adult life. Trey has been great to work with and I'd recommend him fully.

I worked out with my trainer at Park East Fitness for over one year. It's a great gym - very comfortable and cozy without that huge, overcrowded, noisy big gym atmosphere. All the equipment I needed was provided and there was enough room to work out without bumping into people. Great location with ample parking. I'd highly recommend Part East Fitness for anyone who is looking for a fun, friendly, personal gym experience.

I've been going to Park East Fitness for the past 2 months. David McKeag is my personal trainer and I've really enjoyed the the boutique gym atmosphere. David really pushes me and understand my wants and needs. He makes sure that all the equipment is sanitized and everything is set up and ready to go when I arrive so that we can start training right away. They take your temperature for safety precautions. I would recommend anyone to come check out Park East Fitness.

Park East Fitness is not your typical gym. It is small and the attention is personalized. And if you attend regularly, you are family. You can work out with a personal trainer or take small fitness classes. Or both. It's not a gym where you can work out on your own. But honestly, for most people that does not bring success. You need a professional to monitor your goals and set up a plan that works for you. I took a spin class with Fitz as our instructor :) The music selection was great, it kept me motivated and sweating the entire time! This was one of the best spin classes I've ever taken!! If you want a fun, intimate spin class with friendly people who are ready to work out hard, then I highly recommend taking this class!

Went to one of Fitz's spin class. One of my first spin classes and I must say, I didn't even think about the time with him at the helm. Normally I give up on cardio after 15 min because it is sooo boring. I sweat profusely, enjoyed the music selection and liked that he isn't your typical bro personal trainer. Highly recommend!!

I took a series of spin classes at Park East this year and I must say, I've never had so much fun getting such a tough workout. I really felt like I got my money's worth and more. The small class size made me feel really comfortable as a beginner, and the gym overall is just very inviting.
Dara was the instructor for most of the classes I went to, and she did a great job of picking fun, motivating music to ride to. She pushed everyone to try really hard and power through the climbs, etc.
I would highly recommend checking this place out. They have other classes and personal training

Trey is outstanding. Although I'm fit and have a pretty good understanding of my body and its minor ailments, I learned a TON more after just one visit; that really gets to the heart of my issues as a cyclist and computer-sitting 7 days/week. He sent me home with exercises that really work, and I'm noticing a big difference. His communication's also top-noch: he's very down-to-earth and professional. I highly recommend him.

I had a bad shoulder injury and my entire left side actually slouched on my right side. But Trey had me go through his whole body functional testing and created a plan for me. After just a few weeks of functional training, stretching and strength training I was a new man. I also managed to shed a lot of body fat and gain muscle in a short time. Im very grateful for the time and effort Trey puts in to help me and I know he does

I've been training with Scott for almost 5 years and he is great. He pushes you but not to the extent that you get injured. I easily lost 10 pounds in the beginning and I continue to maintain the weight loss while developing muscle. I love the new location. It has easy parking and a nice view of the park. It is very clean and everyone who works there is very friendly. I even tried Simone's spin class and discovered that I really enjoyed it and have kept coming back for more.
