Winnie Couture was the absolute BEST. My appointment was at 10am, it was my first ever wedding gown appointment and Michelle the stylist was incredible. I tried on stunning gowns, I found the one I knew was THE one for me. I decided to go to two other places the same day just to be sure because I did not want to speak too soon, Michelle and Jacqueline knew I would be returning though. They both stayed late with open arms in welcoming me back at around 6:30pm. The service here was incomparable to the other places. I loved my experience here and I cannot wait to pick up my dream gown for my dream

If I could give them 100 stars, I would! Hands down, they had the best customer service of all the bridal boutiques I visited. My bridal consultant, Jaqueline, was amazing and helped me bring my vision to life (Michelle was also amazing!). They helped me design my one-of-a-kind DREAM dress and I couldn't be happier! I went to 3 other bridal stores before my appointment at Winnie and was not able to find “the dress” and also truly upset with the other’s customer service.

I came to Winnie Couture after having 2 appointments at other Bridal shops prior on the same day in which I found dresses that were ok, but nothing I was in love with. This was my first day dress shopping and my sister and mom drove in 3 hours to meet me here. My first impression was that the store was gorgeous! A time that signifies memories of happiness and excitement turned into a red face and that aweful feeling you get in your stomach when someone makes you feel really badly. Do you want an amazing experience? Then go see Tori she made my first time experience with a boutique very pleasant, comfortable and you feel like a princess. She makes you feel very comfortable and is not pushy. She just wants you to think of everything and and helps you do that. I am so glad that I came across this amazing bridal shop! This was my first time trying dresses on so of course I was super nervous. As soon as we walked it the staff and atmosphere calmed those nerves. My sweet consultant literally made this experience so amazing. She was more than knowledgeable and made everything so fun!! Winnie Couture & Michelle Morales are the best! Michelle made the whole experience of picking out the perfect dress for my granddaughter exceptionally fun. She is very professional and doesn’t try to oversell you. One thing I particularly liked was when a competitor was mentioned in conversation she didn’t trash talk them. She knows her product and doesn’t need to. I’d recommend Winnie Couture & Michelle every time.

I found my dress today at Winnie! I had such a wonderful experience working with Tori. She's incredibly personable and makes the environment comfortable and fun which is the experience any bride to be should have. Not at any point did I feel rushed or swayed in any particular direction with dress selections and I was very pleased with the available styles. I wanted the search for my dress to be fun and relaxed and this was everything and more!

I had a great experience at BH Winnie with Abigail!! She was the absolute best!! She was honestly the deciding factor in going with Winnie! I had went to several bridal shops and with some having beautiful designs as well, the customer service and warm/personalized experience I received from Abigail made me go with Winnie!! Ultimately, my custom made dress couldn't have turned out better. It's perfect!!!! So pleased and would recommend!!

Tori could not have been more easy to work with, helpful, and sweet. She was patient and her follow through was excellent. She gave plenty of recommendations but also gave me and my mom a little space too!
This was officially my first and last dress I tried on and I couldn't have been happier!!

Just picked up the dress yesterday. It was more beautiful then I remembered! There was no or there customers at the store when I was there. So that was nice. There were two employees there, the one with us is wearing mask, the other one was not. There were hand sanitizer available. All in all, that was a pleasant experience!

Oh my gosh where do I start... Needless to say, COVID-19 has had quite an impact on the dress shopping experience for brides. My initial appointment at Winnie was in April but it got pushed to May and then again to June, which was really disappointing. However, Abegail at Winnie Couture contacted me to let me know they were doing virtual appointments with brides to get the process started. I took her up on her offer and I loved being able to see the dresses we had picked out together based on my style preferences. I was able to narrow it down to 3 dresses from that virtual appointment alone!

I just want to write an update, since I saw some lower star reviews, due to the location, etc.
I did a full on custom order and had to go in again, for additional measurements, etc. The girls let me know the shop had moved, from my original visit, when they called. First off -- yes, the new TEMPORARY location is tiny. The shop was forced to move, as the city has sped up building the Metro Purple line....and a stop is going right where their old location used to be. Personally, I like the new location (not the temporary showroom
