Place is disgustingly very dirty. They don't take care of maintenance or cleaning inside the units. Ants and bugs everywhere and will be inside your unit with doors locked and AC on low. I put a cup of water on the counter and was drinking a cup full of ants swimming in my water a few moments later. My stomach is turning. I'm so disgusted I wanna throw up haven't had water since it's ridiculous and I will never drink water the same again.

Upon arrival a bunch of hidden fees were sprung on us. Condo was filthy, screen to balcony broken, and toilet paper holders broken in bathroom. We checked in on a Friday evening for a 7 night stay. Ordered grocery delivery and on Saturday went to use stove and found out it was broken. Called front desk was told a work order had to be placed. Never got addressed until the night before the end of our stay-6 days later. I had to give away a ton of groceries I initially bought for $150 and couldn't use because of broken stove. Went to do laundry on Wednesday and found that the dryer didn&apos

Dirty place, they didn't pick up the garbage after 3 days. Never did the "suite".
The shower was broken and we have to use the secondary. They repaired it the day after.
We asked for change our bedroom and they argued that they were not able to change if we didn't pay more... Really???
Not recommended at all!!!!

Horrible Service, Unacceptable for Handicapped Guests

I inquired about handicapped amenities multiple times in multiple ways prior to arrival, and since they ignored me I should have known I was walking into a horrible situation. Not only did they not accommodate my request, we were out into a room with a high soaker bathtub the would be difficult for anyone to get in and out of, let alone two people with back issues. In addition, at check in there is no one to help, and carts are left Willy Billy all over the property. After waiting 4 hours and still unable to find a cart by an elevator, we were

This resort is decent. It isn't amazing. The grounds are in good shape. The parking garage is very tight. But there is no charge to park your vehicle. There are two pools. One is large and the other is small. There is a hot tub and a kids wading pool. They are heated. The large pool was luke warm. The small pool, the wading pool, and the "hot" tub were cold. The room is decent. There is a master bedroom with a king bed. The bed is a little hard for my liking. I prefer a softer bed. The master bathroom is a nice size. The toilet doesn't flush well and it wobbles when you sit

Lovely place to stay smack in the middle of all major theme parks and located in the natural largest lake in the city center. Absolutely beautiful and within walking distance of restaurants, food stores, and shops. Free shuttle service to theme parks and shopping outlet. Full kitchen and two bathrooms providing a lot of space for family getaways. Our home away from home. Can't wait to go back!

Not a beach resort but there's a lake view. Wouldn't describe this as a hotel but as a rental property. Apartment was clean, balcony a little rusty and bathrooms were okay. Loved that the rental was near a lot of things and easy access to the highway. When I stayed here they had a Halloween pool party which was super fun.
Gave it three stars because the unit I was in needed to be updated and the mattresses were hard.

We frequent Florida often. We had a 9 night stay.Besides the pool and being able to cook in the kitchen that is where the best parts end. The bed was horrible and literally woke up sore every day. Floors were obviously not mopped and had to wear sandals or our feet would turn black from it being so dirty. The dryer barely worked and had took several hours to dry any loads. The staff was not pleasant to work with and will be staying elsewhere when we come back in November with several other families.

We checked in and were overwhelmed with the smell of mold. They sent someone up to spray and told us they didn't have any more rooms. Next day we demanded a new room or we would leave. The new room smelled better but not fresh.

Black mold... This is the 6th straight year we've stayed here and we've never had any issues before. However, this time is different. When you walk into our room all you smell is mold/mildew. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy up, he walked in and said "yup, I'll let them know".

They are refusing to do anything about it. I've already paid for 6 nights. Frustrated.

Update (24 hours later)
They told me they fixed the issue, they hadn't, the mold/mildew smell got worse and the mold around the window was still there.

The night manager put

The amount of space you get it nice. Two bathrooms, one bed room and two bunk beds in the hallway. Patio is nice view of the lake.

Rooms are not clean. The floor is very dirty. (Feet and socks will turn black). My room was very dusty. All my towels were so dusty that it left white dust on my face and everywhere the towel touched.

There are a lot of spiderwebs everywhere and you can just tell the room hasn't been cleaned in a while.

For me, the negatives outweigh the positive. I'd stay elsewhere.

Highly highly recommend this resort for families and big groups. The room we rented had an open patio that over looked the lake. The condo style apartment had a full kitchen, dining area, living room, a bunk bed area, 2 full bathrooms and a huge master bedroom. Yes, it's a little old and yes, not everything is perfect BUT for the price we paid it was so great. The pool area isn't too big and it does get crowded. However, there are off hours where it's ideal to go.

Points to note:
-there's a shuttle that goes to Disney Epcot for free, but times are pretty limited

This is my second time at Blue Heron but I do recommend Tower 2 and not Tower 1. This time we stayed on the 10th of Tower 1, room 1005, if you are a light sleeper, do not stay near the elevator. It was super loud gear thing every time it went up and down so it felt like there was a ride on top of our heads. Also, the sofa was a joke, totally unsleepable! Bring air mattress instead. Now here is to the good part.

Great convenient location: walking distance has gas stations, walgreens, subway, starbucks
Easy access to Interstate 4 or route 4 that it is called.
Fully equipped kitchen. No need to bring

Enjoyed a couple of days at the resort while attending the Epcot Food and Wine event. The resort was clean and surrounding property very well kept. Furniture in the rooms is really dated and needs upgrading, bedding is fine. The only item I could point out is external esthetics, as the bldg looks tired and weathered. Needs a good color scheme and fresh paint.

This is a wonderful resort, with great views. The property was close to many restaurants and shopping outlet. The room spacious and the pool spectacular.
We were able to see the fireworks at Epcot from the balcony.
We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a week in January 2016 for our daughter's wedding at Paradise Cove and were very satisfied. The facilities were clean, accommodating and very convenient. Since we were there during the "off season" our 8 person suite was only 100$ a night, which was incredibly reasonable. The views from both the living room balcony and the balcony off the master bedroom were breathtaking- even included a hot air balloon festival! Fantastic resort! Will definitely be back!

* the bunk beds in the hallway were not used as beds by us, instead we used that space as luggage storage for

This place is not a hotel "per se". It is more of a condo, and you stay in a huge, fully furnished apartment.

We were three people, one couple and one single guy. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, each bedroom with its own bathroom. Our apt had a full kitchen, dinning area, and a washer and dryer. The living room and both bedrooms had a flat screen tv, with multiple HD channels. There was also a bunk bed in the corridor, where two kids could easily sleep.

It is important to mention that, because this is a condominium-style place, you dont get daily housekeeping, and is up to you to

Save $$$$$!!!! Included in your savings is...... Wash your own towels (no clean towels included) OH AND THE TOWELS COME WITH LICE SO BEWARE, wash your own dishes, make your own bed, walk on nasty bath rugs, BUNCH of hair balls on the floor.... This place is gross and inconvenient....

The only nice thing is they provide a shuttle to EPCOT....
