I received a VERY hefty speeding ticket in Harrison, OH (119 in a 70). Despite being an out-of-state driver, accepting the ticket would have had horrible effects on my insurance. Knowing this, I contacted Mr. Hart to see if he could help. He spoke with the prosecutor and was able to get the speed reduced to 74 in a 70! Furthermore, I did not need to appear in court at all.
Throughout the process, Mr. Hart was extremely helpful with providing information and answering my questions. He always responded to emails very quickly and made sure to keep me updated throughout the process.

I have a Class A CDL and was in a collision in Cincinnati and charged with failure to control.

I recently enlisted the service of Robert Hart for an out of state speeding ticket. I’ve never written a google review but I 100% had to for this. I received a 110mph ticket in Muskingum county Ohio. I decided to speak with Robert and he handled the situation perfectly. He kept me updated throughout everything. Than he had the ticket dismissed which was amazing as a 18 year old male at the time it would be detrimental to me and my insurance would spike.
