Cypress Villas Apartments are in a very nice area of Redlands, CA. The Manager Jennifer is very nice and professional. She has went above and beyond with applicant services for me. Her personality is pleasant and she has great communication skills. It’s apparent she is a valuable asset for the Cypress Villas corporation and community. I would definitely recommend anyone to Cypress Villas.

Ever since they became under this new management, service has been TERRIBLE. Took two months to get a call back from maintenance. Now that we’ve moved out because we were tired of dealing with them and needed a bigger space, we’ve been trying to get in contact about mail we received from them that we have questions about. We moved out in August, got a letter in September and have been calling since and haven’t received a call back. They NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. It’s frustrating. We had a broken washer that just never was addressed even though we brought it to their attention and a month

After my first month at Cypress Villas I can say the management and staff are excellent and the main reason for this high-rated review. Although the buildings are not brand new, they do a great job of maintaining them. If you are sustainably (green living)-minded I would offer this is the best complex in Redlands because of it's proximity and nice walk into town and the fact that it is a very well managed property. As with most buildings (at least every one I've lived in) you will find some noise travels and it's good to be courteous of your neighbors to make it work. For the price this is an excellent

I have been a resident at Cypress Villas since mid-2015, and am so thrilled with my apartment! It's quiet, I feel safe, and the management is absolutely exemplary! The grounds and facilities are absolutely immaculate and any maintenance issue is dealt with immediately.
For example, I had a major problem with a hot water leak, which was resolved in days (including drywall, carpeting - you name it). I am so grateful to Crystal (manager) and to David (maintenance) for dealing with the issue with such speed and professionalism. This is far from an isolated occurrence - any minor maintenance issues
