Unprofessional manager and staff. They sent emails saying Congratulations approved. Then the next day they say sorry we missed some papers. Like seriously? I’ve been waiting more than 3 weeks to get this apartment. All they do is continuously lie to you. You’ll have to go through a long, frustrating, exhausting process just to get this apartment. They say they sent emails to us to sign them, but again it never sent to us. They keep saying we have to sign papers. After they said last paper to sign!! So bad service, and I DO NOT recommend!!

If I could give less stars I would I was informed a unit was available and to apply so I did money was removed from my bank account and I'm assuming a technical issue on their end isn't showing my payment and now when getting my holding deposit back I loose $100 for the application because their system is messed up...on the phone with my bank now to dispute charges hopefully I get all my money back 🙌🙌

Absolutely love it here!! Have been here since January and even with the unfortunate closures due to Covid the staff has done their best to make it a good experience. The community events look different with limits in gathering but virtual events have been very fun! Even though the availability for the pool has been limited the staff has worked to be as accommodating as they can. Residents in the community are friendly and if you have a fur baby this community is very pet friendly with the dog park and many areas to walk your fur friend. We love living here!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I was looking at apartments and their team members told me to just deposit $200 and I would get it back if I do not decide to go with them. There are no stipulations, terms or agreements, when sending the deposit. They also do not make you sign anything stating they will keep the $200 after 6 months or after sending 3 units that you may like. I was told a certain price range and I was waiting for the price range to go down. After seeing that it wasn't, I told them after 3 months I did not want to rent with them. I was a former tenant with CIRCA 2020. I had to relocate because of my job but wish I could have stayed at CIRCA 2020 because I was really happy with CIRCA 2020 property management. I was especially impressed by Nick who went above and beyond to help me with all of my needs, and I was impressed with his professional service and responsiveness. Nick has great customer service and great people skills. CIRCA 2020 is a great community with an impressive management team that really puts a lot of effort to make all the residents feel comfortable. I'll start by saying the apartments are beautiful and the amenities are great, when not affected by COVID. When you first move in the management team is pleasant to deal with. Once you're all moved in dealing with management is the worst experience you'll have here. Employees give you an attitude and really don't care to listen. Although, it's their job to help and answer your questions they will make you feel like you are interrupting their "busy day". Don't expect any accommodations or a feeling of appreciation here as a resident. We have now reached the

I can not believe how poorly the resident's are treated at this "luxury" building. Today someone parked in my parking spot and my cleaning service could not access my apartment at 10 AM. The buildings policy is that WE have to call to get someone towed , so they expect me to stop my day , register my guest on line and call the towing company. When I asked if they could just give my guest a pass - they could not, apparently the community managers and staff can't give a guest pass, even though I explained I could not get to a computer or phone at work for an hour. We have lived at circa 2020 since they opened. We recently moved out and have had a lot of issues trying to get our refund back. They sent us a statement to our new address letting us know what they were going to be charging us for regarding move out fees, which we had no problem with, however, there was still a remaining balance that was owed to us. They have said they mailed it. When I've try to email and call Marrisa ( the current manager) I get she is to busy to help me. We have been moved out for 36 days and still can't get this resolved with our owed balance. I thought the company

I've lived here for almost four years. I can't wait to leave. There has been a lot of parking restructuring because the initial build did not account for sufficient parking. I pay for an extra covered parking space besides our small garage and tonight management was going to tow my car because I haven't picked up a new permit. I've parked on that same space for over two years. They "nickel and dime" you at this place. Don't let the facade fool you. The ceiling and floors are paper thin. The one good thing is maintenance seems on top of things.

~ it's great! I love everything about it! It's like living in a resort. I kind of wish they have other amenities like my old place like Sauna but I love how everything is maintained and that the workers/maintenance crew keep this place really nice.

I like the Circa2020 apartments overall as the place is very nice but my only issue with them is the way you get your mail there.
They have a mail room and in the mail room they have a different number than the apartment number which causes a lot of confusion with the mail.
I have a condo in another state and the condo like most places has your condo or apartment number for your mail slot.

I lived here for 2 years and have just moved out. My experience at Circa 2020 was very positive: aside from the immaculately kept grounds, great location and amenities, and the nice apartments, the staff was AMAZING! I used to enjoy taking a walk every morning, first with my dog, then with my newborn son, to go get coffee from the club house. It seemed like everyone knew my name and greeted me as a friend, and honestly because of them, I was sad to go.

I have lived here 2 years now. Let me tell you the amount of outrageous unbelievable behavior from the management I have seen go on here. The turnover rate for employees here is high and tenants. There was one Point where every other week their were new staff. Now tell me how that would make you feel as a resident?

The complex itself is actually 5 stars, but the experience with office mgmt upon move out was not. Even though 3 of our bikes got stolen there, I was still prepared to rate them 5 stars bc of the great amenities, and event staff, namely Brooke and Skyla who were just lovely. But as far as how office mgmt handled us upon move out, our experience unfortunately left a one star lasting impression and I'm saddened by that.
We decided to move after our 1 yr lease bc they were increasing our rent by $150. We left the apartment in excellent condition and did the walk through on our last day

First of all, you pay for what you get. That being said, there are always fun monthly events held by the property. Very nice swimming area. Pool, large hot tub. A nice selection of cabanas with tv and fan. Nice gym with all you need to stay fit. Place for your dog to play and have company over for BBQ.
Downside are the ceilings and floors are fairly thin. You can hear them and they can hear you. Walls are great. Can not hear from left to right.
My fiancé and I enjoy living in this community. Always security on site and friendly neighbors. With a very few exceptions.

I first heard of this place from a friend of mine that lives here. I took a tour with a Circa2020 employee and immediately liked what I observed. The clubhouse, and media center are located in the front (southern portion) of the apartment complex. Both look nice.
Just north of the clubhouse is the Olympic sized pool. The pool is surrounded by several seating areas, tables with umbrellas, a spa, cabanas with independent tv's, a wash off shower, and bathrooms. West of the pools are outdoor lounge areas with grills, televisions, and gas fire places.

This place is amazing and the staff is exceptionally helpful. They have always been accommodating to all my needs, down to accepting and notifying me when packages have been delivered to me. Calls for service are met with immediate response and literally at my door within minutes. The amenities are wonderful, and the place is maintained to perfection.

The parking situation here is ABSURD and has been for nearly 2 years. Management has made half-hearted attempts at parking enforcement, but have yet to provide an actual solution.
Also, there's more things for dogs to do here than kids. If you're a single, young jetsetter type this place is for you. If you're a family with kids and/or own more than 1 car, steer clear.

Apartments are not worth the price. Office staff fails to clue each other in on where applicants are in the process of securing housing. Office staff reluctant to take you on apartment tours. Money matters are handled extremely poorly. I question the legality of some of the application questions.
