Yes, pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed. Then follow these three steps!

The apartments used to be A+ but as of this year, it take multiple calls to the office to get repairs done. And when we need to speak to the manager it's takes weeks for her to return calls. We have to constantly leave voice messages because no one answers. The manager is new as of this year, we are hoping it get better the longer she is in the position.

We have had nothing but problems with both our apartment and the management company at Countrywood. The pictures advertised online are of the newly renovated apartments, our apartment is not renovated and it definitely shows.
We have at least 4 layers of paint on all surfaces making it nearly impossible to close cabinets throughout the apartment. The many layers of paint also result in a very loud sticking noise any time a door is opened, one bedroom door actually does not shut fully because of all of the layers of paint.
There are many repairs to the drywall that were done poorly and look terrible

I moved in the Counrtywood Apartments 04/2018 I really loved the place the office staff Valma was Great. I moved because were I lived the owner was selling the property that I lived in for about 7yrs. While applying for the apartment, being that the rent was a little high then I was looking to pay I expressed my concerns to Velma and ask if I moved in will I get an rate increase after 1yr she stated to me at that time NO I'M AT TOP RATE FOR REDLANDS. So I moved in, the same month I moved in I heard water dripping in my bedroom I went in the bathroom and to my surprise my ceiling in the bathroom

2 bed 1 bath not worth the price. The 1 bathroom is very cramped and small the walls are thin carry over a lot of noise the only decent thing is the modern kitchen but not worth the price and the surrounding area is a little sketchy, parking lot is not secured enough especially for women that work early in the morning. Management is okay but plays favoritism to the tenants that been there 4 Eva . The apt is only okay if you would like to live close to the freeway. Look around before you decide. it's a reason why they have like 20 vacancies coming up. 🤷🏽♀️

There staff is wonderfully helpful, any time we needed something fixed, they would come right away. The office was very nice and everyone was overall delightful. I wish I didn't have to move. They had a playground and a pool for my daughters to play in, I felt safe and it was great place to live. The best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Thank you country wood apartments!
