I’ve lived here for a year now and I love it. It’s super peaceful and where our building is there’s a lot of trees and plant life. I’ve never been bothered by any neighbors (being to loud or the stuff people normally complain about). I live here with my best friend and my cats and I’m very happy!
La Chic is an amazing property manager. One of the kindest people I know! She’s even become a regular at my work (starbucks) and I always enjoy talking to her and seeing her.

First time resident and LaChic (manager) has been the absolute best with being so helpful and pleasant and making the process smooth and comfortable. We love it here and feels like home already! The property is so well kept and quiet. Any questions or concerns are no problem when going through LaChic. Would recommend!

I came here in May of 2021, and I am really happy and comfortable with the apartment, as well as the neighbors. LaChic and Jerry are fantastic at keeping everything tidy as well as providing maintenance and repairs. When I make a request, it is always swiftly fulfilled. It seemed really welcoming when I initially arrived, and LaChic is a fantastic manager.

I am a relatively new resident, having moved in only a few months ago, but I really like it here and I currently have no plans to move elsewhere. The community is friendly and welcoming, and it's quiet, so you won't have to worry about loud or noisy neighbors in any direction. Each apartment that I've seen has been in great condition, and the one that I live in is fairly spacious and a comfortable place to live. Also, the staff on the property that I have encountered so far, specifically Jerry and Lachic, have been wonderful. To go even further, I want to say what a fantastic property manager that

This is a lovely apartment complex. The maintenance department does a great job keeping the complex up. The grass is always cut. The people are friendly. It’s a safe environment for children. The basketball court is a nice addition. I have no complaints. The manager Lachic is awesome! If you are interested, contact Lachic. She will take care of you. I’d recommend this apartment.
