I regret moving here, ROACHES EVERYWHERE, when you move in or out you have to bring your stuff in through the back where the garbage is, the elevator works when ever they feel like it, if you want to break your lease you have to let them know 2 month prior and pay 4 month of rent, also when your lease is up and you want to move you have to pay 2 month of rent. the odor of food is horrible is not just in the hall ways it goes in the apartment if you dont mnd living with roaches and mouse then welcome

If I can give a rating of 2.5 I would. Im not going to lie in this rating but I've had some good and bad times in the Colonnade Apartments. I have lived here for about 2 years and will be moving very soon. I first heard about the Colonnades through a friend who use to live here. I didn't check out the reviews beforehand to know what I was getting myself into. I was moving from Brooklyn and really wanted to find a place that was affordable and was close to transportation. I got a studio apartment in building D facing the city for $816.48 plus I had a car so add $100. Living here was good I literally

I'm a current resident at the Colonnade Apartments. I have been here for approximately two years now. I mind my business so I don't have any issues with the foolishness that goes on within the vicinity.
Now, the first year I moved in the rent was decent, second year decent, now they are hiking the rent again, and the excuse they are giving is due to building upkeep. Really? My AC unit has been broken since August 2016. I've made several complaints to Wanda and she smirks and acts as if it's not a big deal. I reside on the top floor as does she, and I know for a fact that if her obese self did

I've lived here for too long but I think what keeps me is the cheap rent but lately I'm willing to fork up more dough to get the hell out of here!! MANAGEMENT!! Is an absolutely joke. They truly do not care about the tenants that live here because the majority of them don't have live here, and the ones that do their apartments are in tip top shape. Example: recent heat wave hit us. Talking 95+ degrees outside and my apartment feels just as hot. My air conditioner was not working properly due to the filter needing to be changed. It wouldn't get cold and was blowing dust. I called the management

I love the Colonnade Apartments! It's a beautiful complex with an awesome pool. It's a great central location. The grocery store is across the street with many fine dining restaurants surrounding. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It's always very clean. The only downfall is the current roofing construction can get frustrating when trying to find parking. In all I give this apartment a 5 star rating.

The office people were nice. The place inside is not too bad. You have to pay extra for everything. But really, the neighborhood is not where you want to be! I took the bus to go visit the place and I had to walk in the middle of quite a large group .... Boarded up houses. Gives you an idea....
Good luck. !
