I have been a resident of Property care going on 3 years now and have loved every minute of it. The ladies in the office are always so professional and attentive to my needs. I had a lot of hardship in 2021 due to pandemic which made my rental obligations very hard. Lily has always been so gracious to me and my situation and it is truly appreciated. I can’t the Propertycare team enough.

Property Care LLC was the rental company until a November buy out by another company. I only received a welcome email from the new company (as our rent is paid for the year of the lease), and I could not find it, more than likely I deleted it.
I called property care to have them pull the property up, Lilly, who I initially had bad dealing with before (very nasty and rude type of attitude to her. This was in person when I arrived from MI to drop off the money and via phone with other small dealings). Lily left me on the phone on hold for 20 minutes. Prior to applying to lease a property on Lost Spring Drive in Houston, TX, we asked (twice) whether the property had ever flooded. We were told by PropertyCare, unambiguously, no. The house had never flooded. Not even during Harvey.
Paid our $90 application fee ($45 for two people). Approved and were sent the lease to sign the same day. The lease also included the now legally required "ADDENDUM REGARDING RENTAL FLOOD DISCLOSURE" which states that the house is not located on a flood plain and has not flooded within the last 5 years. Signed and dated by the landowner. So far so good.

We started renting through Property Care in April 2020 & are now in our second lease with them. Their customer service is amazing & all maintenance requests have been handled well within the appropriate timeframe. I can honestly say that Property Care is the best realtor management company I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommended, these guys are awesome!!

We have lived here for going on 2 years now as renters. The staff is VERY responsive and I appreciate that more than anything. Even if things are slower than they would like they openly communicate that and that is very important to me. They fix request in an efficient time and are always very professional. Highly recommend.

I have been very pleased with Propertycare! They are always responsive when I call or email. They truly seem to have my best interest in mind whenever they represent me. Their prices are very reasonable and fair. They handle all smaller issues with my properties on their own without getting me involved, and I don’t have to constantly check to make sure things have been done. I would highly recommend Propertycare to anyone who is looking for a great company to manage your rental properties!
