I lived at Dillon Park for a year, moved because I wanted my own place, and it was definitely a good place to live for college students! It is a short walking distance to campus, so no need to pay for an expensive parking permit, and also conveniently close to shopping centers! How it looks on the website, is exactly what it looks like in the actual apartment. The best thing was the rent being a set price, with all utilities included, so you never had to worry about prices going up. I would recommend this student living to anyone who wants the college experience, such as meeting new people, but

I’ve been living here for about six months. The rent is decent, the accommodations are great, and I’ve had zero issues with anything plumbing/electrical/air conditioning/etc. Even when the city lost power, we got ours back within a couple hours. Great place for a college student, especially with a parental co-signer!

Dillon Park Apartments is a great place to live off campus. My Daughter lived there last year, when they got new Management. The New Manager Brian, is a great guy, and he really cares about the property and the Tenants. The Apartments got new beds and new appliances in most of the units. My daughter felt safe in the apartment, and it was a short walk to UCO. This apartment complex is great for athletes, because it is very close to the UCO Training center. I highly recommend Dillon Park Apartments.

I had a good time living here. Ownership changed while I was there and I saw a noticeable difference in the response times to maintenance requests and how the place looked overall. It was walking distance from UCO and I actually didn't drive my car to school the entire year. I'd definitely recommend living here for the convenience and price.

Only been here for a little bit and the experience so far has been great! Only have positive feedback about management, appliances, and the complex as a whole. Vicky is a very responsive manager with an accommodating can-do attitude and has definitely contributed towards my satisfaction here at Dillon park. The parking lot is also well lit and the apartments are very close to campus. With the campus police roaming my roommates and I all feel safe.

My son has been here for two years and it's a perfect fit for him. The place is modern and updated with all the amenities needed for day to day away from home life. The staff here are great to work with and make sure the facility is well taken care of without the worry of bad eggs as this is a uco student and staff facility. It's also a great bargain for students because of its great location to school.

IT IS NOT ALL BILLS PAID. When I first moved in 2017, it was advertised as all bills paids but as the months went on the apartment manager Vicky began sending emails that my unit was using too much electricity when in my Contract clearly stated all bills paid. I finally had enough and left when my lease ended last month. Honestly you pay 550 for rent which includes no amenities like workout room or pool, only a bedroom. But if you choose to live here please read your contract because my sister made the mistake of living there and now Vicky is trying to make her pay electricity which she never said

My son lived here 2015-2016 school year. These are quad apartments - under newer management and have been updated inside. Cosmetically they are great - mostly new appliances, fresh paint, and new flooring. Most of the furnishings are newer. The main reason I am marking these as average has more to do with management. My son was placed with three other students who he shared absolutely NO interests with. We had asked initially about how placements would be made - the manager declined any kind of interest inventory or form saying she was "pretty good at matching people up." Well, it made for a miserable
