I just want to say this is a wonderful place to call home in the heart of Edmond! Brittny the property manager is the best one we've had in YEARS! If you have a problem she will take care of the issue without any push back. I am so thankful to have found this little piece of heaven. The maintenance guys Mike and Matt are incredible hardworking and no job is too big for them and they do it without complaining. They recently got a new grounds keeper and he is phenomenal with keeping the place nice and tiddy. For the location of these apartments(close to Walmart and all the shopping and take out food

So much to say I don't even know where to start be careful backstabbing people they fire people left and right nothing ever gets done I lived there for over a year and still was waiting for things to get done and that was on my move-in list now they want to charge me $1,500 after I moved out what a joke hopefully the owner sees that and realize is that the new Leasing Company he got lies to him..

Do not waste your money. 750 for a fixer upper, that’s all it is. Gail and the new management team never answers the phone so you can never get anything fixed. Don’t believe me, call them for yourself. They are so unprofessional people are leaving left and right! They sent me an eviction letter meant for my neighbor, and instead of apologizing, they had the nerve to tell me “well you paid your rent almost a month early, we got confused!” , really? Computers? 2017... now 2018? How can you get confused on that?

I have lived at this apartment complex once before and have recently moved back. I really enjoyed living at this place due to the nice people in the other apartments. I felt very comfortable knowing that I could trust my neighbors. Now I have moved back with my girlfriend and it has been very pleasing so far. The new management was very friendly and inviting. They were very professional and made us feel right at home. The apartment was the best apartment I've seen so far out of all the places I have lived. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. I'm actually glad I have
