Brooke and Emily are the absolute best! So freindly and inviting, anytime I had a concern they were right there to help me. The apartment is quiet well kept always clean. Anytime I called for maintenance they were on time and fixed the problem immediately!
Honestly I had a wonderful experience living here and I would come back in a heartbeat! Love love love Windrush!! ❤️

I’ve only lived here about a year but since I’ve moved in I’ve been treated with the best customer service! Anytime that I need a package from the office or maintenance work done in my apartment I am helped quickly, The women are always reliable to help me. For the price, location and amenities, living at the here is completely worth it!

I'm a new resident and I love everything I have experienced here so far. The ladies at the front office have all been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I feel like they care about the residents. The grounds are clean and inviting. My favorite place to be is in sauna. And I'm very appreciative of the handwritten card and gift I was provided.

I moved out of the apartment and I was told that I will receive my deposit back within 30 days. But it’s been more than 30 days and haven’t heard anything from them yet. I called but no one picked up my call. I have left a voicemail but I highly doubt they will call back. The management is worst. Even during my stay I had so many problems with the apartment and the management. I don’t understand why would you start a business if you don’t even know how to run the business properly! I would highly suggest everyone to look into any other apartments. WORST APARTMENT!!

This was the nastiest apartment we have ever lived in. most things were broken; doors had holes in them; and it was never cleaned before we moved in. the entire front door frame was completely rotted and ended up becoming SQUISHY from the rain. it wasn't even totally fixed but had a quick-fix so it appeared good for the next tenant. absolutely do NOT live here. 0/10 recommendation

Wish I could give zero stars. Stay away at all costs. Was promised an apartment with hardwood floors. My actual unit wreaked of cigarette smoke, had stained carpet, and dead bugs in the drawers and cabinets, and hot water heater was rusting out. PLUS, the first night there I walked out to my car around 9 PM only to find the car next to mine being robbed. Management was not helpful as I could not stay in the apartment longer that 20 minutes without having trouble breathing from the smoke smell. They wouldn't acknowledge that my neighbor smoked and was causing my apartment to smell. They offered

I have lived here for 2 years. The property is always in great shape. The staff is great, I can not say enough about how kind and professional. It's a great value for the money, close to everything. Windrush is awesome! Brooke and Emily and the maintenance/grounds crew make this a great place to call home.

7 years is a long time to live in one place. When I first moved in, I thought I'd move elsewhere in a year or two, but then life does its thing, moving just sounds unappealing, you get busy with work, etc etc. It's also close to my job and conveniently located near the Broadway extension, so there's that too. You could probably do worse than Windrush and could make do here if you need a short-term lease in a pinch. We moved out of these apartments 4 months ago. 2 days ago we got an email saying that they are sending us to collections because we still owe $400. They never called, emailed, or attempted any contact in that 4 months to let us know we owed anything. In addition, they only sent the email to my wife and not myself even though I'm also on the lease and they have both of our emails and phone numbers. The best part is that they claim it's for unpaid rent when we moved out on March 8th. We already paid our last months rent at a pro rated amount as the lease stated and we can prove it with

I lived at this complex for 4 years and in the past year since I've moved out, it's gone through 4 different manager changes, in addition to the 3 that happened while I lived there. I know this because I just got off the phone with the leasing office to ask about a letter giving me "50% off my past due balance" (conveniently mailed during tax season). After moving out last August, I made sure to go back to the office to ask if we had any debt, they said no. They never mailed anything to us. I had to go there twice after moving out because they did not set up my forwarding address

I would give them zero stars if I could. I lived here for three years and wish I would've left a lot sooner. I had multiple notes left on my door throughout my time here saying I owed them money but when I asked them why I owed, they could not tell me. I am very responsible, even paid my last five months of rent in one big check so I wouldn't have to deal with the office ladies. I moved out 4 months ago and now I have debt collectors calling me saying I still owe this complex over $500 for some reason. Management is EXETREMELY unorganized and EXTREMELY rude. Save your money and live somewhere

Worst place I've ever lived! Staff is unorganized, uneducated and rude. Apartments were over very loud. I could hear everything everyone around me was doing. Appliances and carpet were old as dirt. Cabinets were falling apart. The place constantly wreaked of pot. Staff did not keep up with their own paperwork and forced me to pay for what I didn't owe. The pool was never open and the gym was always hot and the equipment broken. Nothing good about this place.
