I arrived home to my apartment this morning after getting out of my bed to go shop a customers order at 12:00 am. I am a Shipt Shopper. When I returned home tired I dropped my keys in the snow and couldn't find them after searching for the for over an hour. Callws maintenance to come let me in. The first response was an hour and half later asking me to be. 2 1/2 hours later I called again and was told to be patient again. Today is February 16th time is now 6:06 am. I have been waiting outside in my truck in temperatures well below freezing. If I can get out of bed to go make sure my customers are

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is just a glorified overpriced “hotel” the walls are thin, the neighbors are loud and the management (Sasha) does nothing about after hours noise complaints. I had to move apartments because of their lack of ability to control the noise. When I did finally tell them I will either move out or they will move me they tried to charge me $300 to move into different apartment.They are always trying to get money out of you somehow, the elevator is always broken and the maintenance people do a great job at completing assigned maintenance jobs but not actually

I lived here for 3 months and thank god it wasn’t any longer. I had mold growing in the wall and the maintenance man said it was dirt. It wasn’t. The AC broke so they gave me a window unit and water came in every time it rained. The maintenance staff doesn’t care about fixing the root of the problem and as a result there are a lot of things that break.

The 1201 at Covell Village is the nicest apartment complex I've been in! The rooms are very spacious and maintained, and the staff here is very friendly and professional. I spoke with Sasha and she is a terrific leasing agent; great people skills, she informed me of every thing I needed to know and got me situated right away! Make sure you speak to Sasha if you plan on the 1201!

Awesome amenities and very professional, friendly management and maintenance staff. Our apartment also seems to have an infinite supply of hot water, so whatever brand/type of water heaters they have here are tops! Love the outdoor space, community areas, and events for residents. Extremely walkable area for walks and runs along the beautiful pond. Me and my future wife have lived here for months now and this is seriously the best apartment complex ever. They have recently hired new staff, and things are running very smoothly here! Very clean, quiet hallways, and an excellent maintenance team. The staff members have been very courteous and professional to both my wife and myself. The rent is on the higher end when comparing apartment homes, however, for the area and amenities offered, I'd say the rent is reasonable.
