1516 airport drive is a scam ! They connect both houses and want you to pay for a squatter living there. They dont care about their reputation

As of right now they are getting a zero. Nothing has been done to the property like they promised and have had 3 weeks ,since I saw, to get done. Broken down appliances all over the yard that are "getting cleaned out" and broken down cars. AND a piece of my mail was open in front

Was looking to rent but looked through their Home rentals and they seem over-priced. $2200 for a 3 bedroom in an average location and a basic house 1300 sqft house? Looked up the average rent for that area and its at $1400. This is jacking up rentals in town, in my opinion. I honestly don't feel like it looks right.

Very poor service, strongly not recommended, my friends home A/c breakdown since June 1st week, they requested many time at synergy office bakersfied for fixed up but nobody talk with them properly, every time only one ans we ordered part. But they still suffered.
