I started going to Ben 10 weeks ago. What I thought was a personal trainer has turned into a total health expert. Ben focuses on the body, mind and health. I workout with him three times a week, but he has an online workout plan for me 6 days per week. He also sets my food goals and helps me plan and track my meals. I hear from him directly or through his personal group page nearly every day that holds me accountable and motivated. In 10 weeks I have gone from 200 lbs to 181 lbs, a waist of 38 inches to 36, and body fat of 23.5% to 20.3%. I still have a ways to go, but I am confident that I will

Ben is a great motivator! I started working with him 6 months ago. I had trouble walking due to a medical issue. Ben encouraged me to push through my perceived limitations. Today that issue is gone. My strength has increased. My stamina is back. Just today I got a compliment on my guns. They said, "Wow, you're all swelled up." #Muscledaddy is my goal and Ben has definitely given me the motivation to keep at it. Thank you Ben!!

I’ve always struggled with my weight and body image issues. When I first started working with Ben we began with a complete look at where my health and habits had been. He helped me design a meal plan that would go along with the work out that would be specifically for me! During the training sessions he kept me motivated and challenged me to work a little harder than the time before. During the week I would get little reminders and inquiries about how I was doing on my own and always some encouragement with it! The hard work paid off and i was loosing a lot of weight and getting more muscle tone

Ben with Life Science Fitness is amazing! He isn’t in this for the money, the likes, the muscles - none of that. He’s in this because he cares about the health and well being of his clients.
