Our Fitness studio, while intimate and private, is very versatile offering most of the exercise equipment available in large gyms. Each member has 24 hour access and can set workouts around their schedule.

Here at Core Fitness our member have 24 hour access and can set workouts around their schedule. While we are intimate and private, we are very versatile offering most of the exercise equipment available in large gyms. Our fitness program uses TRX trainers, battling rope, resistance band, kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, plyometric boxes and devices to promote mobility and stability.
If you are not sure that Core Fitness is for you, come give it a try. Since here at Core Fitness we believe in working out towards a goal, we will also include a Free Training session along with your 2 day pass. Our trainers also offer group sessions so feel free to tell a friend, family member or spouse about our 2 day pass.

They say every good business is run by good people. Well Frank, the owner, is AMAZING people. Super welcoming, friendly, knowledgable, and encouraging. He knows the what and the why for all his workouts. He's flexible with scheduling and is a great communicator. His passion for his community and the people in it is evident in all that he does. Core Fitness is exactly what is in the name, core fitness. Every session with Frank was a monumental session because not only was my core being worked and conditioned but I was also receiving knowledge to help me keep my core strong for life.
I started training with Frank around June 2020 and have gained a lot of strength, and continue to to this day, not only for my core but also in the way I move.
Frank was able to analyze how my body moves by going out on a short run to check what areas, if any, required adjustments by learning to move with the correct form.

I always look forward to my training sessions with Frank May! Frank is the owner and super professional! I appreciate that he always pushes me to do better and work harder, while still really focusing on good form first! I’ve had knee pain for years when lifting weights and i haven’t had any issues for the past few months. Best trainer I’ve ever had to say the least! I personally love that the gym is always clean and never crowded, and right in the heart of Oak Cliff!! Highly recommend, especially for women wanting to train with someone who keeps it respectful and professional.

Frank May and Core Fitness changed my life. Frank was able to increase my quality of life by addressing dysfunction in my feet, ankles, hips, and shoulders. Thanks to him, my functional movement and athletic ability are at an all time high.

I was a member at 24 hour fitness for about 4-5 years. I kept switching gyms because it was just ALWAYS pack with people who sit on the equipment and text or talk. Anyway, I decided to join a smaller, more private gym. One-on-one attention because lord knows I will not work out as hard if someone doesn't tell me to work out harder. They are very professional, clean environment, very friendly. Family atmosphere. What I love most about this gym is, the times I go, it's empty or rarely pack. Member of this gym since it opened its doors. Huge supporter!
