They take no days off when it comes to taking care of their mind, health and body, they spend time thinking, planning, strategizing and visualizing a game plan for their success when it comes to nutrition, lifting and cardio.
Train like a pro concept was developed by Miami base trainer Billy Riano as a result from his work with professional athletes and his own experience of 18 years networking along different trainers and strength & conditioning coaches in the industry. Don’t let Billy’s cam and chill demeanor full you, he won’t yell at either but he puts his exercises together in a way that will definitely push your physical and mental strength! He’s great at training you if you have an injury or working on weaker muscle groups while always getting a full body workout! He is very knowledgeable on what foods to eat and how much protein, carbs, fats and minerals you need depending on what your goal is! He’s help me become stronger and do certain exercises that I’ve never done before! Thanks Billy!!

Ive trained with Billy for two years and have never had the same workout. More importantly, I’m in much better shape at 42 than I was at 40. I could solve the world’s water crisis with the sweat he got out of me. He’s also very knowledgeable about nutrition and offers ways to maximize results thru proper diet, and natural supplements.

Simply put, Billy's the best! Not your stereotypical drill sergeant, Billy's soft spoken, science-based, personalized approach will help you achieve visible results and make you feel better about yourself. He goes the extra mile to accommodate his clients to help them squeeze workouts into their busy schedules. For example, when I travel the world for work Billy researches the facilities at the hotels I'll be staying and recommends workout programs to help me stay in shape while on the road. You can't get more personalized than that!!

I can honestly say that training with Billy is the best part of my week... whatever happens at work, I go and take it out at the gym.. Mind you, I am not a Gym Rat... I am a regular girl who has always struggled with fitness and weight issues... I use to hate working out, now I look forward to it. I thank Billy for that, because my issue was always being consistent, Yes, I was able to start but after two weeks I was back to my old bad habits. I have only been working out with Billy for 6 months and I already feel and see major changes. :) I definitely recommend Billy as a Personal Trainer... He

I've been training with Billy for 2 years and I would highly recommend him. I was starting from zero in terms of ability and fitness. Billy built a program that addressed the full body as well as my nutrition and wellness. I like working with him because he's different than other trainers. There's no aggressive yelling like you see in Crossift or Bootcamps. He's relaxed but motivating. His workouts aren't about getting huge and ripped -- they're about true fitness from head to toe. Every session is something different and challenging, and I get a great mix of cardio and strength-training. The best

Before training with Billy Riano I didn't know how to navigate a gym nor consider myself strong or athletic. Now, I can safely say, I am stronger than ever, and more confident. I have completed two half marathons, one TOUGH MUDDER, one Ultimate Titan OCR, countless 5Ks and now my goal is a sprint triathlon. It doesn't hurt that I feel I look better now than 20 years ago! Another plus? He is not a screamer. He motivates by encouraging you to push yourself and trust yourself. Best motivation ever!

The main reason why I like to train with Billy is because of his technique.
Aka the Zen trainer, he always motivates and encourage with a smile in the face, giving you no option but to keep moving and be confident about what you're doing. He also likes to focus on his clients individual needs, follows up, and provides tips :)! I know he is as good as it gets!! I might not be a pro but I feel like one because of him.

Billy was a great trainer. Very accommodating to my hectic schedule and he always kept the workouts interesting. I really enjoyed that he mixed things up which made every workout enjoyable. He did a good job by keeping me motivated - checking up on me on non-workout days and encouraging me to eat healthy as part of our plan. I saw results!

I didn’t like going to the gym before, i even tried different gyms and trainers and nothing really worked for me. A really good friend referred me to Billy so i decided to try it out and went for the free session, to my surprise i totally loved him, nothing like other trainers i had hired before. Super patient and a totally different coaching style! I love that he really cares about me and my well-being.
