Getting Started Report

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to help people gain a broad and general fitness. Becoming a member at CrossFit Downtown Miami is easy. All new members will go through a personal evaluation where we will determine your personal goals, give you a tour of the facility, explain the registration process and sign you up!

Crossfit Downtown Miami has some of the more professional and skilled staff members I have ever seen. Thier staff will go out of thier way to show thier clients the proper technique and strategy to get through some of the more physical demanding training I've ever been a part of.

Very intense workouts and very organized when it comes to the quarantine. You have to stay inside your area the whole time. Great coaching. Very pricey though. Overall its great.

Very welcoming, came for a drop in class while I was visiting. The coaches here were great. Lots of equipment, an area to buy some of their shirts and even a smoothie bar that makes some pretty good drinks

About two years ago I had a bad experience with this box for taking more money after I finished my membership with then.
And yesterday they try to take 150 usd from my bank account I don’t understand why!. I am glad my bank block the payment becuase they know who they are I think this is very bad.. if they continue I think I need to do something about it.. this is very uncomfortable
