He worked around out scheduling conflicts as well as came out twice to complete our inspection. He. was personable and provided knowledge to 1st time home buyers!

Ramael was our inspector. He worked with us regarding rescheduling when the water heater in the home was removed prior to the first inspection. He was very professional and the inspection report pointed out the issues that needed to be fixed. If we buy another home we will definitely use Crimson Home Inspection and Ramael again!!!!

Ramael did an Excellent job on our home inspection. He was very thorough and inspected things we didn't even think to look for. We are very satisfied with his report. He provided lots of details and photos for every issue(minor or major) that he found. We called on a Monday afternoon, he did our inspection on Wednesday afternoon and our inspection report was in by the very next morning. He is very personable and professional. It was pleasure working with him, he is a really nice guy and I highly recommend him for your inspection needs!!

I booked with Crimson Home inspection so last minute. And when I say last minute, I mean the day before and Ramael made it happen for me! He was so professional over the phone and made me feel like I was a priority to him. He adjusted his entire day just to fit my schedule. This is all prior to meeting. Competitive pricing as well! First time home buyers listen up!

Ramael was efficient and on time. Actually, arriving just before our scheduled appointment. He was thorough and radiated a very positive energy. He gave insight into things to continue to look for once moved into the home. Highly recommended. More favorable than the other high cost companies boasting about their high end technological procedures. Crimson had all the current technology needed to perform the professional inspection that was given. Drones, thermal equipment, lasers and more. They offer the same high quality inspections for a fraction of the cost. Love them!

Mr. Wilson was very pleasant knowledgeable and gave great advice. He also answered any question and recommended other services that he thought would guarantee protection to your home in the future.
