Kip went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make extra sure that the home we were purchasing would be a safe, reliable place for our family. Kip performed an excellent inspection on my property at Alpharetta. He carefully examined the outside and inside of the property and well documented every defect that needs to be fixed. Kip and his team provided excellent service A+. My report was straight forward and easy to understand. I really appreciated the follow up call afterwards to review all the findings since I could not attend the inspection in person due to COVID-19 concerns. Kip was a pleasure to work with. His home inspection was thorough. We were able to use his very detailed report to negotiate repairs with our potential home's seller. His availability was great as well. We were on a tight schedule for closing. We were able to reach him outside of the normal business hours for information on the home inspection. His rate is slightly higher than competitors but it's well worth the cost. I would definitely recommend his inspection services.
