I started The Wildcat Group after graduating from the University of Kentucky's MBA program in June of 2010. Over the past 10 years I have held multiple positions with Kirk Construction, Tempur-Pedic International and Ashland Chemical. My experience at Kirk Construction was invaluable as it familiarized me with the home building process and laid the groundwork for Wildcat Home Inspection.

Highly recommend Wildcat Home Inspection. I was able to get an appointment right away, great communication leading up to appointment, and on time for appointment. We are not actively looking to sell our house but knew we had a few issues and decided it was worth our investment of time and money to have the entire house checked over. Very thorough job.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!! Awful service, awful company, rude owner doesn’t take responsibility. “Inspector” (what a joke!) damaged upstairs hvac unit, which was working perfectly until his arrival, during his time in the house we were looking at buying. Homeowner had to call an HVAC company to fix what the inspector broke, which we then reimbursed him for his expense. I tried contacting Travis but he never returned my call. I took the printed invoice from the highly reputable hvac company that did the repairs, which included a description of the what they found/fixed, to one of the owners/partner

I wish I had the option to give 0 stars. I had the worst experience ever with Wildcat Home Inspection. I showed up for my appointment and asked him if I can take a few measurements. I asked him politely and his response was yes. If he wasn’t ok with it he could of just told me and said no and I would of just left. Instead, he said it’s fine. Before I left, I talked to him and he said it would take 4 hours, and he would text me or call for a walk through when he was finished. I waited 4 hours and didn’t hear from him at all. My husband drove by the house and he already left the house without

My review is the same as my wife’s!!
If I could give -10 stars I would. Wildcat home Inspection did a house inspection for my husband and I and made it seem like there was barely anything at all wrong with the house we was looking to buy.. just a few small easy fixes. So we went on and purchased our home. Needless to say months later when we went to resell to upgrade to something bigger the next potential buyer of our home got an inspection done and it was unbelievable and very shocking how much stuff was actually wrong with our house that Wildcat Home Inspection failed to report. Obvious stuff

Wildcat home inspection is the worse inspection company ever! Do not use them, they’re extremely rude, not honest and very unprofessional! The inspector didn’t have the professionalism to tell us we couldn’t go inside to measure something that took 10 mins of his time. He also Cancelled the inspection and didn’t even tell us and left. Also, after I wrote this review he then called me and cussed me out! He is liar, I have text messages/voicemails to prove it. DO NOT do business with this company if you want a honest inspection. Save your money!

Wonderful job from Alex inspecting the home. He sent a 56 page report detailing every nit picking thing that I didn't think would even be noticed. Noticed things I had no idea about! Gave great recommendations with detail to take to sellers to fix things. Great price and even mentioned sellers were in the home trying to be nosey, and he kept professional and unbiased inspection. A+!

I had a very bad experience with Wildcat Home Inspection. They "missed" very obvious rust, cracks, and holes in the vent pipes that vent the carbon monoxide out of the gas furnace in my crawl space to the outside. When it was found by my heating and air company while replacing a blower motor in the summer, they said I needed to call back my home inspector. I did and got screamed at, told I was "a scammer trying to commit insurance fraud", told I was "one of those kind of people", said once they left my house they "owed me nothing", and threatened to sue me if I wrote a negative review about them
