Amazing home inspection service! Shortly after requesting a home inspection, Jon reached out to gather some property details and got to work with contacting the seller and scheduling an inspection. After the inspection, I was provided with a very thorough and well put together report. I’ve used other home inspectors before, but none of them have been as easy to work with and more organized than Jon. From requesting a quote all the way to the payment, it was a breeze! I’d highly recommend his services!

Jon has an amazing eye for detail, which I’m very thankful for. His keen eye and knowledge saved me from buying a home that was unsafe for my family in so many ways. He’s professional and reliable.
He takes a ton of pictures (of the good and bad) and writes his professional opinion on further inspections, repairs, etc. I received a digital report which laid out everything about the house. Having a digital report makes it so easy to share with your realtor or lender.
Jon was available for questions that both realtors had about the report as well.

If you are looking to get your house inspected by a true professional, I highly recommend Jon. He is very detailed in his reports and will talked to you in detail about any issues he finds. He was willing to go out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the new home I selected, even going so far as to teach me how to light and use a gas fireplace with remote. I can not stress enough the level of professionalism, quality, and peace of mind you will receive by employing this company to inspect your home.

Jon did a GREAT job !
He arrived on time, was unbelievably thorough and gave attention to every detail of the house. He not only explained the process, but also gave suggestions on options of possible repairs if needed and possible consequences if repairs weren’t done. He even went the extra mile to investigate and offer his opinion on details about the different types of HVAC systems, house layout, construction methods, etc.
I highly recommend him for home inspections.
