I scheduled at the last minute and Brook was able to accommodate. He showed up on time and I received the report very quickly. He uses technology to aid in his findings and added pictures to clarify. Very professional! The report gave us everything we needed to made an informed decision. Findings were detailed with pictures, circles around pictures and comments.
For Inspection Date and Time - Inspection Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday. We will confirm the day and time when we schedule the inspection. We will make every effort to schedule this date and time. WE DO NOT DO NEXT DAY Inspections unless we have a cancellation and cannot be scheduled online.
A Pre-Listing inspection will help you identify any issues up front so you are not blindsided with additional negotiations after an accepted contract! 5-10% of contracts are cancelled because of home inspections! 50% of contract closings are delayed because of home inspections! Almost 100% of contracts are being renegotiated today because of home inspections!

Brook did a great job with our home inspection. We weren't able to attend the inspection, so Brook went over his findings in great detail, which was very helpful. He was even able to move up our inspection date, which helped keep our escrow on schedule. We are very happy in our new home, but if we ever move, we would absolutely use Brook again. Thank you!

He was chosen from a short list of multiple reputable inspectors due to his responsiveness. He was also a lil cheaper than the next guy in line. He found things I was unaware he'd look for, yet, I did research prior to selection too. For my next home, I'm calling him back. Great job!

Brook was personable and professional. He provided a great, easy to follow report with pictures. I also liked how I could be present during the inspection, which was an important feature for me to know what was happening and what to look for in the home in terms of potential repairs. I was anxious going into the inspection, but my nerves were eased after hearing his succinct report on the status of the home and which repairs were necessary and what could wait. I would definitely recommend Brook for anyone looking to purchase a home in the future.
