THEY DIDN'T PAY NOR RESPOND TO OUR INVOICE FOR OUR BUILDING COVERAGE. FOR 2 MONTHS WE'VE ATTEMPTED TO REACH THEM. THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS! WE HAD A FIRE FOR ON THE BUILDING AND MAY NOT HAVE COVERAGE DUE TO THEIR HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. THEY CHANGE PERSONNEL MONTHLY SO YOU NEVER KNOW WHO IS HANDLING YOUR FILE. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Should you hire Earl Feuer and AMG to manage your property?
After managing our 80-unit property for several years, AMG abruptly resigned and left our property and the community living standards in worse condition than when they started.

Worst people to work with ever!!! If there was an option for negative stars they would receive an infinite amount. Total lack of communication with the board and severely in need of some serious manners. They treat the homeowners like cattle and refuse any resolution not in their own favor. The management need to thoroughly read what laws they are trying to enforce along with any relative Federal laws, as they try to threaten homeowners without knowing the full extent of the homeowners rights. Bad business and terrible practice work with them if you appreciate insults and rudeness.

AMG is by far the best property management company that I have ever worked with, both as a homeowner and HOA board member. I am frankly shocked that I see a 3-star rating, because they are nothing short of outstanding. AMG property managers and staff pride themselves in caring for every homeowner's best interests within their client communities. If I could rate AMG with more stars, I would.
