Maria is a 5-star agent all the way. We recently worked with her to sell our house in San Diego. We had worked with her in the past, so when it was time to sell the house, we knew where to go! We are based in SF, so Maria did all of the local work to get the house market-ready, including coordinating new carpets. new floors, interior painting, various repairs, and landscaping, so that the house was picture perfect when it was listed. We had multiple offers above asking in less than a week, and were very pleased with the strong offers we had. Maria had to take care of various details while the house

Professional and Responsive to our needs as we looked for an investment property in the Vista/Carlsbad area. Maria went out of her way to show us around, develop contacts with sellers, and when something hit the market that fit the bill, she was on top of it . The purchase was flawless. Her team did a great job in keeping us updated and we liked the way thing were done so much we asked them to manage the rental property for us. Was clockwork. We recently sold our condo in Carlsbad with Tj & Maria @ Cal Res and could not have asked for a more seamless & speedy closing! Being an out of state seller with a departing tenant made my husband and I a little nervous but Team Cal Res sold our home $40k over asking, under contract in 3 days from listing, and closed in 14 days- they kept us informed daily and coordinated the lose ends we weren’t not able to wrap up being out of state.
