Typically it will take two to four week on average. We maintain one of the lowest vacancy rates in North County San Diego among property management companies. This is attributed to our knowledge of the area, specialized marketing techniques, and established relationships with real estate agents who have very large clientele databases.
California requires tenants to give 30-day written notice. The 30-day notice can be served at anytime for a month to month agreement or 30-days prior to the expiration of a lease for a lease term agreement. We return the security deposit as quickly as possible. By law, we have 21 days to assess damages to the property and make necessary repairs.

Day one of this company being Ivanko Gardens new owner/prop mgmt and the nightmare begins! What a HUGE loss of the previous owners, they were the best!! Watch, the rent here will skyrocket and a majority will be forced out, just like they did to Mariposa Townhome residents in 2017. Please, if you are considering renting a property from this company, don't!!

Fake company, Still CPM, Paul Deamicis runs this rental service like its his personal bank. Raises laundry prices in covid and coin shortage. Deamicis thinks that rebranding will help his services name. It wont. You are going to be keeping my deposit when i move out because i'm going to get my money's worth out of this place since others in the same Building are paying less for the same units. Read the reviews its CLEAR what ones are fake hires just saying something nice where you can see all the actual tenants leave 1 star.

1400 a month for a 2 bedroom. the apartment doesn't even have a dishwasher or ac. They raised laundry cost to 6 bucks a load. They also left everyone a lovely note that if you have more than 1 ac unit at the end of march 31st then they will evict you even though the place doesn't have ac in it. Everything is outdated and lots of stains everywhere not worth 1400 a month maybe 700 a month max

Pacific rentals has been great in helping me get into a rental after looking for months elsewhere. They were always happy to show me rental after rental till I was happy. Mirella has always been great and very helpful since the first call I had with her. Everyone at the office is very professional and friendly. All it took was me sending a quick emailing about a problem with my apartment and got a call to schedule maintenance within the hour. Great company and people!

Pacific Rental Property? More like Pathetic Rental Property. Honestly, avoid renting at all costs. If you are interested in a property, you are required to fill out an application and pay the fee before viewing. If you don't end up liking the property, you're out $40 anyway. Just doesn't really make sense to me. We tried emailing to ask about property viewing and they just never replied.
Out of the blue, they changed the price on the laundry machines. What used to cost $2.50 to wash and dry a load of laundry now costs $6.00. Very unprofessional and not worth your money. Trust me.

The property customer service is the best in the Rogue Valley. All the employees are excellent to talk too. I’m highly impressed with their after hour service. He is very informative and knows all the right questions to ask in an emergency status.
