I moved in March of 2021. I really wanted a studio but I made like 10 dollars less then the needed income, by myself. They were so amazing and allowed me to rent the one I wanted. Super awesome with them. I signed a 6 month lease. I only needed one repair done and was done in a timely manner. I gave my notice and received my deposit fast. Over all I had a great experience with them. Bry was amazing everything time I needed help with something. Girl needs a raise. I will definitely rent with them again, again shout out to Bry.

If I could give less than one star I would. This establishment has no consideration for its tenants and doesn't care about their safety. I just moved in and am already experiencing issues. I found black mold growing in the bathroom and when I called management to handle it they told me that's not their job and to just scrub it off myself. About a month in a man start tapping on my windows and begging to be let in. I was terrified and called management to send security but they told me there was nothing that could be done. I had to sit in fear while a strange man who mightve been under the influence
