Cone Beam 3D imaging is a new technology that allows the dentist to see detailed, three-dimensional images of your teeth, bones and soft tissues.! Getting a 3D image taken is easy and takes less than a minute. There's no discomfort at all while the machine rotates 360 degrees around you to capture all the necessary angles.

Dentists use x-rays to see what's going on inside of a tooth or below the bone level. In years past, these films were developed in a darkroom-like process full of chemicals and then the resulting image was examined on a special light board. The new technology of digital x-rays uses a sensor that captures the image and sends it immediately to the computer screen.
This modern technology allows you to relax in the chair while simultaneously observing real-time pictures and video of the inside of your mouth magnified on the computer monitor. This makes it simple to see and understand what the doctor is seeing and telling you as he discusses potential treatment needs or options.

This place is what going to the dentist should be like! I grew up afraid of the dentist and do to financial reasons never really went to a dentist at all. As an adult knowing that dental health was important I started being more proactive and looking for a good dentistry. My former concerns were never eased by any place I went too until I started coming here. I recently got veneers do too always being uncomfortable and embarrassed of my smile. These people were so kind! Always working around my schedule. If something needed to be fixed with my temps they always found time to help. Never was I uncomfortable

Life has taken me to five states, all in which I have had dental work. I’ve had my best ... yes, my best ... experiences at BirminghamSmiles Dentistry. The staff, their kindness and professionalism... the explanations about procedures and the actual dental work, all add up to dentistry one would hope for throughout their toothy life. Their office is clean and comfortable ... the music relaxing. I felt safe with their attention to CoVid19 precautions. Thanks to Liz, Molly, Veronica, Lettie, Starr and Dr. Mann. I was nervous about going to the Dentist I hadn’t taken the best care of my teeth and needed a root canal. Dr Mann, Lety and Chelsea were wonderful and helped get my teeth back in good shape. Lety explained what to expect and helped educate me on proper brushing which I had been doing wrong. Dr. Mann is kind and explains everything to put you at ease and not at all like other dentist who make you feel like you’re in the Principals office or getting in trouble with your parents. Dr. Mann is the opposite of all that he doesn’t talk down to you at all which too many dentists tend to do now a

Ever been afraid to go to the dentist ? I WAS....every time I had an appointment. But since I began seeing Dr. Rosenstiel and Dr. Mann at Birmingham Smiles, everything is different. I never imagined there was a dentist that showed concern for your anxiety about dental work. These guys are awesome ! And the entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease. I definitely recommend Birmingham Smiles. Heck....tell em I sent you. Then, they'll KNOW that you're one of the scaredy-cat multitude. They'll treat you great.

While I have not used Dr. Guy personally, I have several friends who have, and they all have been very pleased with his service for them. I know Dr. Guy personally, and I know him to be a very caring and professional dentist, and he also gives back to his community in many charitable causes. I can recommend him because I know how much he cares for each of his patients and he maintains the highest standards for his practice.
