Was there Friday December 10 and had not a very good experience. There was only one waiter who was also the bar tender and who spent all the time behind the bar. His unprofessional behavior would have been understood, but for the fact that there was only one party of 2 women sitting at the bar. He gave us the menus and proceeded to ignore us. I went up to the bar thinking that we had to order there since he never came out. When I asked to order, he became defensive and said that it was not clear that we were going to stay, even though we were sitting at our table for at least 20 minute, and that

This bar is attached to the Best Western hotel. I met friends here who were staying here while visiting Orlando and we gathered in the bar to reminisce, catch up, and just enjoy each other's company.
The staff is friendly and checked on our table regularly. Drinks are priced appropriately for a hotel bar (meaning a bit high).
All in all a positive experience.

We were very impressed with the bartender here and the drinks we were made. He went out of his way to remake a drink which didn't taste right and was very friendly and personable. More bartenders should be that welcoming!! The food menu is basic but covers the essential foods and will have something for everyone. I would recommend this place just for the friendly service and moderately priced drink menu!!

The little resturant was located inside the hotel of best western. I decided to go to this bar and grill because I was given a 20 percent discount. The food was ok . It need a bit of updating. Average of cost of food was to be expected in the price that was paid.
We ordered the cheese burgers French fries onion rings and chicken bits.
The sauce for the chicken bits was not good. The burger and fries was ok.
As far as the service he was a great waiter
A bit busy because he was working alone.

If it's possible to give 0 stars, I would.
I guess they can have 1 for the waffle I made myself. This is worse than a free continental breakfast buffet and we paid $10 a person.
The "eggs" were definitely not eggs & somehow, were burnt. The gravy was cold. The "seasonal fresh fruit" was canned fruit cocktail. The French toast was not only burnt, but tasteless.
The hotel was very nice but find breakfast elsewhere.

We are staying at the Best Western and have now eaten here twice.
Breakfast is certainly underwhelming and overpriced. I realize handling the waves of tourists with kids is difficult but we were disappointed this morning -especially for $10 each. Note to management - when you have an open kitchen, you might want to tell your kitchen staff to keep their minds on working instead of talking to their buddies, they might actually be able to pay attention to what is out on the buffet.
We also ate dinner and the high point was the pretzel and cheese appetizer. The cheesesteak sandwich was not

We had dinner here tonight. We were tired from traveling, staying at the BW Orlando Gateway hotel, & didn't want to drive anywhere else. The bartender, Lisa, greeted us warmly, gave us a table & took our orders promptly,. On Lisa's recommendation I had the salmon dinner. My husband had the New York strip steak dinner. We asked for modifications to the sides since we are avoiding carbs just now. Lisa assured us that was not a problem. Barry was the chef for the evening & he food a wonderful job! Our dinners arrived quickly. My salmon was cooked perfectly, with very nice seasonings

Didn't have dinner here, my rating is only for the breakfast. It was clean and fresh and they had a great selection. A little annoyed that the hotel staff didnt tell us that they make eggs and omelets to order. By the time we figured it out we had already stuffed our faces. The waffle machines are great and I liked that they had 4 Torani syrups to flavor the coffee. They had orange juice and other juices that breakfast joints charge $3-$4 a glass. Each adult was $7.95, my daughter (11) was $5.95 and my son (8) was free.

This place is just awful. 1st, the food isn't fresh, the staff (man) at the grill is rude and dirty, scratching his hair while on the grill, dropped the spatula on the floor and picked it up and went on to continue cooking with it.
The coffee had coffe grains inside...must I say anymore of the poor quality in service and most importantly the food.

Just awful food for dinner, not much selection, felt sorry for the waiter because he was so confused about what to do. The small convenient store next to it would have been a better choice. The breakfast wasn't as good as most hotels that have free breakfast and had to pay $8. It's sad b/c the hotel has a lot going for it.

Absolutely horrible service. Our first experience was the breakfast buffet, where we were charged $10 for a basic, continental hotel breakfast. I didn't know it was even possible, but somehow they made bacon taste disgusting. The one waitress barely acknowledged us when we walked in and we had to chase her down to pay our bill after our meal. We returned again this evening for supper, only to stand at the "Please wait to be seated" sign for over 10 minutes, while the one waiter working looked at us from behind the bar many times. While we stood there, we heard one (of only three
