I was really looking forward to moving here. Waited months to get a call back and 4 days before the move-in date they called and said I wasn’t approved bc of my income. However, they went up on the rent, I believe she said it would about $1020 and their policy states you have to make at least 2.5 times more than the rent. I make 2.5 times plus about $1000 more and they denied me. I feel like that was VERY unfair and I’m very disappointed! But, their policy is what it is, and I just wanted to give a heads up for anyone looking to get in these townhomes!

Just moved here from Florida a few weeks ago and Columbia Wood Townhomes were recommended to me by a sister property. CWT felt like home from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the property manager Candice, she even took the extra time to tell me about the city as well as encouraged me in my personal endeavors concerning new employment and relocating. A very friendly, warm and inviting welcome indeed!

I've been living in Columbia Wood Townhomes for 11YRS/6mths, I'm very satisfied with the Maintenance team and Realtor on-site Staff. The grounds, LAUNDRY room, Pool areas and Excerise room (Equipments) are all kept up very well. I'm still enjoying living here and looking forward to more years. The Security / Security Cameras are also very Comforting to us Senior Citizens. Everyone living here are very Friendly and the Young families living here are also very pleasant. We also have a Nieghborhood Watch, everyone looking out for each others especially our homes and properties. Thank you , you all

I have lived here since 2013 and Candice Lightfoot (office manager) and Bobby (maintenance) has endless assistance. I usually don’t ask for much unless it’s something that can’t be overlooked. I gave a 3 star because although I love it here it really could use some remodeling (hardwood floors) with up to date appliances (kitchen and bathroom). Other than that; it’s a pleasant, crime free, and quiet place to live.
