My experience here so far has been nothing short of being great! From the application process to post moving in, Josiah and Brittani have been incredibly friendly, helpful, and always on top of things. Maintenance jobs are always taken care of right away and the community of residents have been very welcoming. Each of these factors help make the lofts one the most enjoyable communities I've experienced.

I gave Newnan Lofts a 5-star rating because before choosing this property I actually placed multiple applications at different apartments. I was accepted by them all. Being that I am a full-time truck driver constantly travelling the 48 states, I made my final decision solely off of how I was treated during the process. My 1st appointment to look at the unit was scheduled with Brittani. She was very professional, knowledgeable of the property and I noticed that throughout the tour of the property she was attentive to the many Covid-19 statutes to keep tenants safe as possible. The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable. Though we haven't finished our application process yet, I have nothing but great things to say about the property and the units we toured. The community is so close to downtown Newnan and offers a number of amenities that make it feel different from just another apartment community. They are set up to be incredibly dog-friendly, which is one of the best perks. I'm looking forward to potentially getting to know the space a lot better!

I opened my private salon here at the Lofts in Jan 2016. It has greatly improved since the new owners have purchased it. The staff are friendly and helpful. I always enjoy chatting with Mike the maintenance guy as he knows so much about the history of the Lofts (aka Newnan Cotton Mill). Rita is always happy to listen and help. You can tell the staff are happy and have been here a very long time which makes a difference in how they care for their tenants. Moving on. The only downsides are the parking is limited for us and you can hear everything the people in the apartments are saying and doing

I have lived in a lot of apartments over the past few years. This was not only the coolest place I've lived, but also has had hands down the best customer service. I made so many good memories here and hated the fact that I needed to leave. The only reason I did not renew is I am starting a job that requires a lot of traveling around the country. Thank you Newnan Lofts for such an amazing living experience.

I absolutely love The Lofts, the exposed brick, high ceilings and the history was the first appeal for me. The staff is very friendly and catering to any issues that may arise. The pool and grill area is relaxing and something to look forward to on the weekends. I would recommend the Lofts to anyone searching for a peaceful place to live.
