We have currently been at The Vinings for about three years. We LOVE IT. I couldn’t say enough great things about the management in the front office and the maintenance. They truly do take care of their residents. We are so appreciative to have found a great community to live in before we find our forever home. Thank you for always making us feel at home here!

Wonderful apartment community. Beautifully landscaped. Lovely pool, tennis courts, dog park, playground and picnic areas with gazebo. Great family atmosphere but also attractive to young professionals and retired seniors. Clubhouse and gym clean and decorated.
Very responsive maintenance. They try very hard to provide same day service . Management is also prompt and professional in dealing with resident issues.
Additionally, very quiet and safe. My husband and I enjoyed living at the Vinings. Highly recommend!

Mr. James Harper of The Vinings at Newnan Lakes was a delight to work with. His consistent follow up to my inquiries and details of various specifics that I had were awesome. He cares immensely about the variations of the properties and residents. The apartments are clean the lawn care is pristine. The grounds are well manicured with beautiful foliage. Maintenance is always done quickly, sometimes even the same day. The place is clean and the leasing staff is very nice. They get any issues resolved very quickly. This is still one of the cheaper complexes to rent in Newnan that is still very nice. The only reason we would move is to have our own yard.

I love this place so much...But I have been here 3 weeks and I am killing very large roaches or water bugs at least three or 4 times a day..I have to sleep with the lights on so I can see them crawling on the ceiling..I had to buy lots of bug spray..but the pest control guy said don't spray it just use the broom to kill them.. and they fly.....I can't deal with bugs.. because now bug spray is all over my house..so I will be putting in my notice ASAP.....and you thought you killed them and they just start walking out...half dead....nasty

The office staff is professional and very accommodating! The maintenance team is wonderful and courteous. The BEST team I have ever known. Every staff member response quickly to any issue you might have. Great people and always helpful.
For the area the prices are very reasonable as well.
