Nice area but the house I was renting had a lot of problems that were not fixed or not fixed properly or in proper timing. The Handiman is awesome and very helpful. I rate it 2 stars instead of 1 and not sure why.

We've been on time paying tenants for the past (3) years without delay and have had great professional interactions with our property manager Jason Oliveira. This review is solely and specifically about employee Antonia Mitrou-Cole (DRE:02093077) This is the most rude, dismissive and unprofessional person I've ever been forced to communicate with. As our "fill in" while Jason is away we've had at least (5) unpleasant and distasteful exchanges with Antonia. She has been completely and consistently unprofessional and destitute of any premise of empathy toward the safety and comfort of our tenancy

Extremely disappointing experience with their property management services. While responsive and attentive to detail in initial conversations, after I hired them to manage a single-family home I owned, service dropped off significantly.
I almost never received notice or updates when repairs or improvements were done on the property. And did not receive adequate documentation of what work was being performed, even after explicitly asking that they provide this for my records. Only reason I had any inkling of some of the home repairs being done was because of automated messages from my home warranty

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
As a tenant, I have a unresponsive manager. Really wish I can do something more, but I’m afraid of more mistreatment. Can’t wait until I can move out of here. My experience with them makes me want to never rent again.

So far so good, decent Property Management Company, request John schenkenberger property manager, very helpful, really good with assisting tenants, with finding housing, and paperwork, he's helpful with the landlords as well. He's very well organized classy, and helpful easy to contact.

I rented a duplex for 18 months that sold and the new owners used M&M to manage the property for 4 months until I moved out. I left the place in the exact shape I found it in. M&M will not return $210 of my deposit for a bathroom vent cover that wasn't there when I moved in. ($8 item from home depot that anyone can install). I'm an honest person... why would I bring a ladder into the home and remove a vent cover? Doesn't make sense. They will not return emails or phone calls. If you rent from them be prepared to be a victim of theft. Be prepared for them to attempt to steal your deposit.

I'm very upset with my experience. Everything seemed to be going great. Phil was attentive and got along with my husband. But after feeling pressured to move in right away, we asked if we could push our move in date for 2 weeks due to our lease agreement with our current landlord. But still willing to put down the deposit and first month's rent. We had plans to meet that evening. Phil never showed, never answered our phone calls and never returned our phone calls. If you don't want to do that, fine. But at least communicate with us. I just feel that was very unprofessional and discourteous.

I went to view a place and it was OLD!! U have to be desperate to live there!! The guy Phil need a customer service class! He is sarcastic in a rude way. I don’t care how long you have been working for this company your representing them. He was more concerned about the lawn than how that out dated property looked. I can tell they were slum lords when I walked in.He looked bad like he has smoked cigarettes since he was a kid . Not a good first impression .
