Who ever answers the phones is rude as hell. She is curt, she has a attitude, and should not work with possible tenants. She talks like you should already know what you’re asking about. She also hung up on me before I could finish asking my questions. It’s very discouraging speaking with her and makes this property management company seem very unprofessional. The apartment doesn’t have the curb appeal for her attitude to be so nasty.

I can’t say enough good things about Leisa and River Valley Property Management! Leisa made finding and leasing an apartment very smooth and stress-free (which is hard to do when it comes to finding a place to live!). She was extremely responsive, knowledgable and attentive to all my questions and concerns. After having sent countless applications to apartments managed by other companies and speaking with other managers, I can say with confidence that Leisa and RVP are a head above the rest. I can’t recommend them enough!

My wife and I rent our home and have been here for a while. Throughout the years, there have been a small handful of issues as comes with the territory of an aging house. Leisa has been the best property manager that I have ever worked with. She is responsive, helpful, and I always know we can count on her to make sure we are taken care of. We have rented from River Property Management in downtown Sacramento for the past three-plus years. Linda Phillips is the property manager. She is always responsive, and she goes the extra mile. We appreciate that Linda is always respectful, thoughtful, and helpful. Moreover, she quickly responds to maintenance requests. We intend to continue to rent from River Property Management for many years to come.

We had such a great experience with Leisa over at River Valley Property Management! There was a short deadline to meet in getting our property rented out, and she worked with us every step of the way. Not only were we able to rent out our property at lightening speed, but were also able to get everything in line for our new home due to her help, and sense of urgency!

We moved from our home in Sacramento out of state and took a gamble on our first rental property and rented it out. We researched all the PMs in Sacramento area and landed on one of the more established and larger companies (Left unnamed) and it was a disaster. Out of state we found Leisa and the River Valley Property Management team. Leisa took the time to transition our tenant to her group, and repaired a broken relationship between the renter and us as the owners. 3 years later everything is perfect! Leisa, Pat and team are follow up fanatics! They take time to time to know each owner and renter

I just want to share with everyone that Leisa is AMAZING. We applied for a townhouse in the AM and Leisa called a few hours later and set us up for a walk through of the home. Her customer service beats any other property management I've ever worked with. She was extremely warm and inviting and best of all, transparent. My husband and I will definitely be using River Valley Property Management for all our future rentals!
