Enjoyed living here for 12+ months. The apartments are simple, we don't have fancy appliances or hardwood floors but everything is clean and works properly. There is a lot of closet space which is super nice. The management team is fantastic. They help out whenever we need assistance. It is quiet and it feels safe. For the price we pay it is not a bad deal given the location is perfect for me. If I could change 3 things it would be to add air conditioner to the apartment, get wood floors instead of carpets and new kitchen appliances. So I am giving a 5 star rating mostly in consideration of the

Location! Location! Location!
Heritage Village Apartments in Campbell is a hidden treasure. It is a small-medium sized community built in the mid 80's with modern Mediterranean architecture. Coming from the property management business, I must say that none of the communities I worked in the past that falls into this category will be a match. I rented a 1 bedroom apartment with a bonus room (retreat), washer and dryer hook-ups, granite counter tops, upgraded cabinetries, ceiling heated system, recessed lights, carpet and lino combo, corner unit, storage in balcony and parking right across

This will be updated every six months. I just moved in and had about as smooth an experience as I could have conceivably had. Joan was very helpful, benevelent, and straightforward. The location of this place is unreal. And the tech shuttle drops off right in front of the compound. No complaints so far.

When I started looking for apartments in the area, I was impressed by the detailed and positive reviews for Heritage Village Apartments and decided to give Joan a call. I'm glad I did -- I've been here for about five months and love it!
Location is perfect. Within walking distance or a ten-minute drive there's a bounty of stores and services: wonderful Ethiopian restaurants (Zeni's and Mulu's), Trader Joe's, the Campbell library, delicious tea leaf salad at the Burmese restaurant Kyusu, Whole Foods/Whole Body, UPS and USPS offices, the Campbell Community Center

I was looking for a place to stay at for a few months. I called the leasing office and was informed that unfortunately they do not do short term leases. Nevertheless, the leasing manager was extremely courteous and proceeded to talk to me for 15 mins about the various options I had in and around Campbell that were within my budget. I give this place 5 stars just for this reason alone, because a nice and generous leasing manager is truly hard to find.

I lived at Heritage Village for @ 5 years. It was convenient for everything in Campbell. If anything ever broke down, the management would fix it within a day. They constantly upgraded with new paint, etc. I eventually got forced out though due to the rent going up regularly. Over the time I was there, the rent went up @$500. from where it started. Also, everything is electric, so the utilities were pretty high. I'm guessing they just keep raising the rent if there are enough people to keep it filled.

I have been living here for 10 months now and It feels like home. The management is great and maintance crew is always helpful. The grounds are kept up nicely although I don't like that they took out the grass in some areas for rocks. Not as nice. .The complex is quiet and near downtown and parks. great location for walking. It doesnt feel like the typical apartment complex. The crown molding and paint and pergo floors updates the units and the fireplace is a nice touch.

I love living here! It's not super glamorous from the outside but the insides are nice. Love the mirrored closet doors and the crown molding. First floor apartments have hardwood floors (most likely Pergo or damage resistant equivalent). As the units transfer owners, the complex has been updating them. The grounds have lots of foliage, as well as a casual pool and spa, and onsite coin laundry (8 W+D). Each unit has W/D hook-ups so you can bring your own, rent a W/D, or just use the space as storage. The complex is 2 stories with no elevators. Each apartment gets 1 covered spot regardless of

So i was looking for a new place to live in Campbell and knew about this place from previously. I contacted them and spoke with Joan - she put me on the list (always a sign its a good place when there's a wait list and they don't have to do any advertising on CL) and within 4 days a call came in with a resident placing notice. In short 2 days later and straight forward process I'm approved and will move in late July after they have upgraded and redecorated. In total I spent about 1 hour doing all this - Joan did all the ground work and took care of everything.
