Outstanding service! Answered on a weekend and Joe delivered big time! Highly recommend his services. I needed a short notice appraisal for a bankruptcy. Easily set up an appointment, worked with my wife while I had to work. He said 5-7 business days and delivered! Joe's services are hard to beat. If you don't know, go with Joe!

Joe has been an appraiser on our panel at PRMG for as long as we have had AMC's around, and I used him well before this for over the past 10 years. Joe has always done a wonderful job of balancing "bracketing" and logic when he is appraising homes. He is obviously going to to right for the investor he is doing the appraisal for, but is also immensely aware of trends and areas, hinging it to his vast real estate investment knowledge.
