I rented from this company for three years. I was a very good tenant. Yet they were very unresponsive, dismissive and unprofessional. Too many issues to mention in this review. I will, however, say that I am still waiting for my deposit refund which is now 3 days late and they charged me for things that should have been covered by the owner. Very petty behavior. Renters beware!

People never post when they have a great experience with property management companies. We rented a great unit at the city side lofts. All of our needs and concerns were quickly and professionally taken care of. The payment platform was easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Exceedingly unhelpful, their listings are frequently wrong because they either don't update or are just too lazy to post correctly. One listing had decided to sell long before we paid our application fees to rent, and we didnt find out until almost a week later. Absolutely would not recommend.

I think Deb and Shane are doing a very good job , it’s all about Communication and if talk is good then everything runs smoothly, I would recommend DS property management to anyone look for a company for their property

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is the worst property management company I have ever seen. Our last property management company that managed our apartments went bankrupt because of embezzlement charges and this company is still worse. They never answer the phone and when they do they are rude and unprofessional. We have been waiting on an appliance to be replaced since before Christmas. The first time they came out they tried to install the wrong appliance so we had to reschedule. now they came out 2 hours early and made us reschedule another week out. I called Jayde, and was told

If I could leave zero stars I would, the people that run this property management company are extremely unprofessional and rude. My wife and I have been battling them for a while now and they don’t respond to emails or text messages and they sure don’t return phone calls. Any form of communication they send it through the mail. I’ve been trying to contact them for weeks now and can’t seem to get anyone on the horn and then they turn around and say it’s my problem because I can’t get a hold of them. Long story short, I would not rent from these people because if you make one person angry
